We returned from a holiday at Rehana Royal Beach Resort & Spa 5 *. Rested with a child of 9 years and friends. Before leaving, having read the reviews, we were very upset with our choice and went there with a negative attitude. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled very quickly, there was an opportunity to choose a building and a room, which we took advantage of, settling in the fourth building on the second floor overlooking the pool and the sea. Regarding the room itself - 3 points, the furniture is very used, cracks in the doors, an incomprehensible hatch under the air conditioner from which you always expect someone to get out, cockroaches and ants are present, but sanitation is carried out upon request. Room cleaning daily but mediocre. Food - no frills, but you won't die of hunger. Pleasantly pleased with the daily presence of fruits (watermelons, melon, grapes, peaches, dates, apples). You could easily take food and fruit with you, for this they even gave out plastic plates. In addition to the main meals throughout the day, there are unlimited French fries, pizza, shawarma, delicious ice cream, cotton candy and popcorn. Our child was very happy with it. Drinks were no problem either. . Classic Egyptian assortment. The hotel area is really luxurious. Lots of greenery and everything is well maintained. Many pools for every taste and slides for children. There are no complaints about the beach, the sea, like almost everywhere in Sharm, is only for those who can swim. From the pontoon, the depth is about 26-30 meters. Lots of wildlife and corals. In the evenings it was not boring, every evening after the children's program there were various shows and a disco. I especially liked the performances that the animators put on. They are generally just great!! ! During the rest, all our negatives disappeared and we had a great time. You just need to see the positive, and not run around the hotel and look for flaws. They are everywhere. I also want to warn everyone about the new method of guides from Coral Travel (Odeon Tour) to sell tourists excursions. When you check in, they take your voucher supposedly for registration with the tourist police and say that if you do not order an excursion from them and do not mark it in the questionnaire, then they will put a black stamp on your voucher and you will not be able to leave the hotel, and if you purchase - then put a blue stamp. All this is a blatant lie! Nobody requires your vouchers anywhere, only a passport. We have been to Ras Mohammed, the Old City, Naama Bay and had no problems. So don't fall for this scam. We wish you all a pleasant stay and positive impressions!! !
