We arrived at this hotel on December 6 for 12 nights, from Minsk, TezTour. We are brother and sister, in Sharm for the 5th time. The travel agency recommended this hotel as a good value for money and fun animation, with which "we definitely won't get bored. " Before that, we were twice in Sea Beach, 1 time in Barcelo and 1 time in Rehana 5, so we know Sharm well, and did not expect much from the hotel. But THIS was not foreseen for sure ...

We arrived at 7 am, settled within an hour, a room with a sea view on the 2nd floor in building A. The view is gorgeous, as the staff said - the best room in the hotel. Bathrobes, slippers, mini-bar, fruit basket, hammock - everything was there. The room was ready for our arrival, everything was ok. The room itself is a bit tired in terms of bathroom. knot and furniture, but it didn’t frighten me - they saw nothing like that in Egypt. The only thing that bothered me a lot was the large gap between the floor and the front door, through which a cold wind blew hellishly into the room in the evening and at night, so it was cold to walk in open shoes or barefoot.

Room cleaning: daily, but the cleaner did not update the jars (although I chose everything, because my hair is long and I wash often). We turned to the guest relay after 6 days of staying at the hotel - we were changed by the cleaner, who also did not renew the jars and once forgot to remove the garbage from the trash can to the bathroom. node. 1 time he was asked - in front of us he took out ALREADY USED jars from the common bag that he carried with him and gave it to us. The jars are half empty, in some kind of nasty liquid, in short, a nightmare. I washed them and was only partially able to use them. They didn't give us any more.

The bed was changed only 1 time after contacting the guest relay - despite the fact that it was covered in blood due to mosquito bites. The safe broke twice in 12 nights. They called to fix it, they fixed it. Beds in the room with a very hard mattress, I got used to not immediately. The pillows are very large and uncomfortable - I was uncomfortable. The duvet is very thin, and there were no extra ph in the room.
In winter, it is frankly cold under it !!!!!

Beach: its own, sandy, fenced off by a fence, but people from Regency constantly came to it, and the only entertainment on the beach was to watch how our hotel staff kicked them out. But before they were kicked out, they had time to yell, run, take pictures with you in the background (like they are on a rich regime and this is their beach) - in short, it looked, to put it mildly, wild, loud and very annoying. Not to mention the tantrums they threw when they were kicked off the beach. In addition, the bartender on the beach served these people for money, and several times I had to stand and wait while he took payment from them and ran to the restaurant for change. And they stand like that and look at you like a g ...but)))))))) That was fun. The question is - why should I stand in line if this is my bar?
The beach itself is really located on the border with the dirty beach of the neighboring abandoned hotel, and on the border of the beaches there is a booth from which a light, unobtrusive aroma of urine emanates ....I don’t know how the people were on the sunbeds on the other side. In general, the beach staff can not cope with the left "guests" and the quality of the bar did not please me. Although the bartender is handsome, yes.

Restaurant. Groundhog Day. Same. Since I do not eat meat, but only fish and vegetables, this was a test for me. Of the fish served ONLY pangassius in batter. That horrible stinking bad fish. There were shrimp 1 time (for 13 days), but that day I had the imprudence to try the soup, from which I ran away from dinner, because I immediately became ill. I felt bad for another 3 days after that (the pills didn’t really help), and the situation worsened by the fact that the hotel began to turn off the water. From 23.00 to 2 am there was no water at all in the taps - WITHOUT WARNING, and the reception staff did not pick up the phone.
The brother went to them and asked - where is the water (it was not in the whole hotel, even in the bathroom of the reception), to which they answered him with a straight face: "What are you - there is water, brother! ". As my brother said, in his presence the reception phone was torn, but they did not pick up the phone. I didn't call them either. Calling the guest relay from the room is also unrealistic - 2 is not stupidly typed. They told her about it - the phone was never repaired during our "vacation". All in all, it's a lot of fun to sit on the toilet as a result of a hotel dinner and not be able to flush it off, let alone take a shower.

After turning off the tap, brown water came out, and without noticing it, I decided to wash my white bike, which turned red in 5 seconds. And there is no chemistry in jars - there is nothing to wash. I take a white hotel towel and look at its color from the jet. The towel is all brown.
Tomorrow the cleaner brought it to me and demanded money for the fact that it was impossible to wash it - they say his cleaning boss demanded it. I take him by the breasts and take him to my room, where red water is still flowing, and show it on a new clean towel. He is ok, ok, but there are problems, to which I answer that there are actually problems, and big ones. To which the cleaning chief told me that he would report this to the big boss of the hotel (yeah, 5 times).

Restaurant staff: nice waiters, polite, nice. Everything would be fine, but one morning we came for breakfast at 7-50, an empty restaurant, we sit down at the table and then the chef of the restaurant Sheriff comes up to us and says with a sweet smile, “Could you please move to a table for two, because there are two of you, and now you are sitting at a table for four. To say that I was freaking out is to say nothing. Of course, I answered him that our plates do not fit on a table measuring 1 * 1 meter, he said "okay" and walked away. It killed me. To say something like that in an empty restaurant.
There have never been any issues with tables, because there are few guests and there are plenty of places. Moreover, we were there at that time for 6 days already and to say such things to GUESTS, in principle, is not only disrespectful, but ....there are no words in short.

We told guest relay about this, she promised to take action. From that moment on, the Sheriff became especially attentive to us, his employees, too, even brought fruit to the room, and I already hoped that he had learned at least something from this situation, but I was wrong. A couple of days later, in the same way, he asked the woman who chose the “wrong” table to move to another table (it was not the same only because in the midst of breakfast the Sheriff decided to cover it with a dinner tablecloth, so the guest had to move to a table reserved for In general, all the staff of the restaurant and the beach looked at us after that and whispered. Attention - the question is: why the hell did the guest relay say who filed the complaint?
Do I really need something to be added to my tea or soup as a thank you!?

Once we were given strawberries for lunch. I took 6 berries, and then went to get more. A woman stands in front of me and picks up a whole plate of strawberries. She scooped it all up, took it to her table, poured it into a bag and took it out of the restaurant. That's all - there were no more strawberries - despite my request to bring more in the midst of dinner. The same woman dragged everything from the restaurant - croissants in the morning, other food in the evening. I don't know how you can not eat, and what was this hungry type doing in the "VIP" hotel? ))))))))))))))))))))) I hope that she still ate.

A couple of times we went to a large Regency restaurant - there are crowds of people, a hellish tired canteen, although the assortment is much larger, but the dishes are broken, you can’t find clean cups, and in the evening there were queues, and people weren’t even allowed in from the entrance.
Friends rested with us, and they said that for dinner in that restaurant there was generally a hungry region - KNEES of meat chickens, and nothing more. But I liked the variety of breakfast there. Again - Regency guests tried to enter our Royal restaurant, but they were kicked out ...

Animation. Lord, save. This is darkness. In the amphitheater she was only a day later. 4 types of shows - Mr. Hotel, Miss Hotel, guess the tune and karaoke. All. On the beach - exercises, volleyball. But it is very long and inconvenient for us to go there from our beach. There are no mats for charging - she is only on her own towels. The animators did not come to our beach. For me it was wild - as if we do not exist. In the evening, the animators drank and asked the guests to order alcohol for them at the reception bar. I was shocked.

Disco - 5 drunk Ukrainians dancing. I looked from afar and did not even go there.
Shortly before our departure, an animator boy from Egypt sent the guests right during charging (they didn’t want to go to sea in the strong wind, to which he said “go to hell ...r”, turned around and left. On the same day he In general, you understand the level of animation.

SPA. I really wanted to be like a massage. And Royal guests are entitled to 20 minutes of massage for free. I went to the spa, they booked me in for a free massage on the beach, which I actually did. The massage of course lasted about 10 minutes, half of which the masseuse was chatting with someone. She started with a strong pressure on my spine, without specifying at all if I had any problems with my back. And they, of course, are, and I was hurt by her pressing. I told her, after which she began to stroke me. The icing on the cake was her greasy hands in my hair. It was hell.
I went to a lot of massages, but I didn’t see this - she actually ran her hands (all in oil) into my head and began to rub there. I then washed my long hair in 3 visits. Naturally, I did not sign up for a paid massage.

All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

And TezTour too. You couldn’t find a guide at the hotel, he didn’t give his number, but here’s how they took us to the airport: a minibus arrived (tourists were taken away more than there were seats in it), into which the suitcases had to be loaded BY YOURSELF and THROUGH THE WINDOW. I've seen everything in my life, but this is already too much. The terrible driver at the same time demanded a dollar for loading the suitcase. And when at the airport he gave them out through the same window, he threw our bag on the asphalt. HELL. If I were alone - how would I load my suitcase weighing 24 kg into the window ? !
