We visited Royal as a family. Or rather, they booked Regency, and after paying extra at the reception ($ 8 per person) and moved to a VIP hotel at the hotel.
At first, having lived 2 days in the Regency rooms and ate at the Regency restaurant, we thought to order only for the sake of the sea view. The view is divine!!!
We went to a restaurant - so the service is there !! ! No queues, individual approach to everyone! 2 times, for dinner, the manager noticed that we didn’t have enough food on our plates, he came up and asked what we should cook individually ?!
The attitude of the staff is great!
What I didn’t like was the view on the beach of an abandoned hotel and wild dogs ran from it! It is not safe! Managers, I know that you read the comments, pay attention to this!!!
