The complex has a Regency Plaza Beach hotel - it is cheaper (there is an all-inclusive system, one restaurant, a separate beach and worse rooms) and Regency Plaza Beach 5 * (There is an ultra all-inclusive system, two separate restaurants, a separate beach, improved drinks, rooms etc. , and it is more expensive).
We chose Royal Regency Club 5*! We drove into the rooms and we were given gold bracelets! .
As it turned out, tourists from Plaza Beach with red bracelets lived in neighboring rooms. All restaurants for the Regency Club are closed and we ate in the dining room with monotonous tasteless food. The food is just awful. There is impossible. Everything weathered and stale. The dining room itself (it cannot be called a restaurant) is very dirty.
The rooms that were offered for us also leave much to be desired. We changed 3 numbers and still settled on 1224.
Refrigerator in the rooms does not work, TVs also. Hot water problems. Oh Gods and is it like 5 Egyptian stars? It's just awful!
At the reception they turned us around and did not solve the problem. They referred to the crisis and all that (then why offer such services? probably the mentality).
I highly recommend not to come to this hotel! It's not worth it. Not worth the money and nerves. I would give 2* to this hotel. Or called it a cheap hostel.
