Excellent hotel. Had a great time with my wife. The room is great, clean. On TV you can get full information about the hotel. The territory is well-groomed, there are many interesting sculptures, beautiful snow-white buildings. Food, in general, is good: there are vegetables and fruits, as well as oriental sweets. I think the pride of the hotel is the staff. All employees are friendly, polite, eager to serve quickly. What surprised me was the service system. I am writing in detail, because before the trip I only knew about the existence of AI (E-class), UAI (S-clsass) and others, but I had no idea how they would serve in practice. We arrived at the hotel around 8 am. We were not given the usual plastic bracelets, but were told that we would be given a room key between 12 and 14 o'clock, and this card key would be our pass to bars and restaurants. Until you have been given this card, you cannot count on free breakfast or drinks at the bar, if you want to eat, pay. About 12 received the right to move in. Further, any drinks in a restaurant or bar (cola, beer, strong alcohol, etc. ) are served only with a card. It is carried out through a special, such as a cash machine, and a check is printed. Naturally, I did not require exceptional imported drinks for myself, so zeros were printed on all checks, that is, free of charge. However, all the same, you need to sign a check, indicating the last name and room number and sign. Someone will say: "Red tape and bureaucracy", but I think that this is the right of the owner of the hotel to do what he sees fit. Now about the sad. This is our third trip to Sharm El Sheikh, we only stayed in 5 star hotels. There were flies in every hotel, usually by the pools. At Sultan Gardens, we even attached sticky tape to the umbrellas to catch them, which we took from home on the advice of seasoned tourists. However, such a number of flies as was in Savoy was unpleasantly impressive, especially when I saw them in the restaurant and lobby (though single individuals). At my request, the staff sprayed some aerosols near the pool, but to no avail. I think that for a hotel of this level, this is unacceptable. In Turkey, they process the territory of hotels and near kitchens, and there are no flies there.
