We arrived at this hotel and were terribly surprised... The furniture in the rooms is old, dirty, the bathroom lacks the necessary devices for taking a shower... cellophane hangs on the shower instead of doors... we were also given a room overlooking the playground... In general, we were shocked by such a 5, since this is not the first time in Egypt and we know what service and level are. We had to change the hotel with a surcharge! While we were changing the hotel, which took about 4 hours, we heard the opinions of dissatisfied vacationers. The biggest drawback is that people from the neighboring hotel, which has status 4, come to the beach, occupy all the sunbeds, behave indecently! As for the food, the vacationer also complained to us about this... after which we were even more convinced that we urgently needed to run away from this hotel! We moved to Renaissance and did not regret anything!
