The check-in was perfect, we were even settled earlier. The rooms, in principle, are all equally good. And initially we decided to go to this hotel at the suggestion of our friends, they liked it there, and the trip suited us according to the dates. Near the entrance to the hotel, literally 50 meters away is Soho Square. No need to go far, you can walk on foot for a walk, very convenient and cool. There are a lot of green trees on the territory of the hotel, everything is well-groomed, cleaned and very beautiful. The pools were heated, which is very cool, because the weather was cool, the wind was cold. Of course, we swam in the sea, but the pool was much more comfortable. The entrance to the sea was both from the pontoon and from the beach, but there were 7-8 meters for swimming, and then there were corals. For children this was enough, but for adults it is better from a pontoon. The sea is just beautiful, there is where to dive. As for the animation in the hotel, everything was fine with this, although it was still such a low season when we flew, there were few people and the animators simply did not recruit people. But with the children they drew, played, danced, did tricks, although there were not so many children, but they did not get bored. We did not like that every time we ordered some drinks or food, we had to show the card and sign the receipt, not like in Turkey - order without restrictions and records. Ice cream here is paid, some types of coffee are not. After 5 pm, nothing really works from the bars, when you ask yourself the question "why? ", And in response you hear "because the sun has already set! ". Such nuances affect the overall picture. The service is quite high quality, every day everything was cleaned everywhere. The staff here is very friendly, they smile all the time, say hello, tell something. The food is generally very good and there was plenty of everything. But their card service system is inconvenient. If your card is canceled at the time of check-out, and you still have until the evening, then you will not do anything, you will not order anything at the bar and you can no longer go to the dining room, they will not let you in. This is an inconvenience for tourists. But in general, the hotel is quite good, you can relax here.
