My husband and I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September. We chose a hotel for a long time, we wanted Hayat, but the price didn’t suit us, I think that for Egypt it’s too much, no matter how chic the hotel is. The manager at the travel agency suggested Savoy. To be honest, I was skeptical - the photos were not impressed, the reviews are varied, but we decided to go - there was no time and strength left to choose further.
We flew from Kyiv with the UIA airline, without delay, everything is ok. We were met in Egypt, the bus took us to the hotel, everything was very prompt, well done! Moreover, we did not pay ANYTHING at the reception! After 15 minutes already unpacked suitcases in the room. So the number: at first glance, not bad, but upon closer inspection, it is clearly seen that the furniture, renovation, plumbing is not the newest. Nevertheless, everything worked properly, I was especially pleased with the air conditioner - it cooled so well that I went with a runny nose for a couple of days. I liked the large balcony with a sofa, a relatively large comfortable bathroom... in general, the room is comfortable, everything is very thought out. Did not like! 1) nowhere to dry clothes 2) just a huge number of ants! they don’t seem to exist, but when you leave some drink (sweet) on the table for at least an hour, dozens of them (! ) (photo) saw a cockroach in the bathroom on the first day (photo)
Meals: We had a BB that is only breakfast. Pretty tasty (pleased with pastries) and fresh (mango, strawberries), the rest is all the usual - omelettes, oatmeal, fruits (bananas, melon, figs, dates, apples, grapes - always, a couple of times watermelon (tasteless) and that's it) everything is very monotonous. . . and the choice of dishes is not great (compared to other hotels, including cheaper ones) A ​ ​ couple of times we had dinner at the restaurant of the Sea Food hotel - sooo tasty, everything is at the highest level! Recommend!

Service: Impeccable! Everyone is very attentive, helpful, BUT! unobtrusive!
Territory: Above all praise! On the first day, we walked with our mouths open, several waterfalls, flowers, ponds, bridges... This must be seen, words cannot convey!
Beach: clean, comfortable sunbeds, short pantone
Separately, I want to write about Soho Square, this is the street on which the Savoy and several other hotels are located. It was built by the owner Savoy. on it: restaurants with different cuisines of the world, bars, disco, bowling, skating rink) ice bar, everything is made of ice). dancing fountains... this is such a miniature town, very beautiful! Discounts for Savoy guests in Soho establishments!
I want to warn you that the staff is mostly English-speaking, Russian is not very well understood. There are not many Russian vacationers, in equal numbers with Germans, Americans, Italians, Arabs.
Despite some disadvantages, I left with tears, and now that my emotions have subsided, I still want to return there at least once more! the hotel is just amazing!
