I myself am the head of a travel company in Ukraine, so I often look at such sites in order to provide as much information as possible to the tourist about a particular hotel. This is our sixth stay in this country. Last time, namely in April 2019, we rested at the Iberotel Sharm El Sheikh. I liked everything very much. After him, they didn’t want to go below the level of the hotel, which is why they chose Savoy.

First about the positive. There is very little of it so far.

01. Settlement. I would like to thank the reception staff for their understanding. We arrived at 08:00. We looked that we have a 3-year-old daughter and gave us a number. Super.

02. Sea and beach. Everything is very good on the beach: comfortable sun loungers, a sunset in the sea for a child, a short pontoon, friendly waiters. Super.

03. WiFi. The first time in Egypt when the Internet is everywhere and it is powerful enough. The child watches the cartoon without problems and freezes. No need to buy cards.


Well, that ended on a positive note.

01. Room stock.
The room is old. The air conditioner is leaking from the ceiling.
The master came and did something. The next day the floor was wet again. We no longer pay attention, but this is Savoy!

02. Nutrition. This is the biggest drawback of the hotel here. Applies to F@B management only.

02.1. The system with cards is not convenient. The hotel has many types of food that you can buy in the tour package: All, All inclusive, E-class, etc. You will always have to give this card on the beach or in a restaurant, sign zero checks to just take a bottle of water.

02.2. Under the E-class system, you can visit one restaurant per day (dinner) Ala carte. But if your child did not go to this cuisine and you may not like it, then you do not have the right to come to the buffet restaurant on the same day. Or is there for additional funds. In a word, roulette.

02.3. Meals are standard. It seems that you are not in Savoy, but in the simplest five of Egypt. You will not see crabs, shrimps and other seafood here. Although it's a Savoy! ! ! What is the trick - is unknown.
For what 3000 USD (2+1 for 10 nights) is also unknown.
For example, in Iberotel for 2500 USD (2 + 1 for 11 nights) it was all.

02.4. Food on the beach. Here you will not see any fruits for children, or elementary broth for children, or pastries for children. Just burgers, fries and salted nuts. A year ago we were in Concord Front, which is next door. Lower end hotel but that's it! ! ! Even borscht was cooked in the restaurant.

I think the Savoy is not worth the money. And in this I am supported by all the neighbors who are now lying on sun loungers near our family. Too bad we didn't return to Iberotel.
