We were in this hotel for the New Year holidays with a family with two children 4 years and 1 year old. I liked everything very much.
Very cool hotel. The beach, service, food and the hotel itself are of a high level for Egypt, the rooms are a bit old and the cleaning is lame, but everything else is super and outweighs all the shortcomings.
Now in detail.
We arrived at the hotel at 9.00, settled without questions and bribes, within 20 minutes, although the check-in was not immediately, but from 14.00 and by the way, upon departure, they extended our room without any additional payments, until 15.00, however, the food ended at 12.00.
There is a huge choice in terms of nutrition, there is always plenty of variety for children, too. I have something to compare with, since I have repeatedly visited hotels of a higher level and not only in Egypt; )
The staff is very polite, whether you tip them or not, it doesn't matter. . .
The hotel is very pleasantly scented.

Meals need to be taken only E-class, the most optimal. We visited the fish and Italian restaurant, everything is super! The beach is one of the main advantages, it is wide, gentle, whenever you come there will always be a place. There are waiters on the beach. And in general, there are a lot of pleasant little things that they provide, for example, a Russian-speaking girl from the staff comes up to the beach every morning and asks what suits and what doesn’t, and accordingly the comments that I make are corrected maximum the next day, when entering / leaving restaurants, gifts-toys for children, a trifle, but nice, etc.
The hotel causes only positive emotions) Definitely recommend)
