I'll start my review with good things!
When checking in, they took into account our wishes (we looked at 3 options), but settled at no additional cost. The room is spacious, TV (with 3 Russian channels and 2 Ukrainian), hair dryer, safe, kettle, bathrobes, slippers. Pleasantly surprised by the menu of pillows, you can choose for every taste. The room is quite clean (every day cleaning was filled with bathroom supplies and coffee, tea, etc. ).
We were pleased with two heated pools, one 140 cm, the other 180 cm, but you can smoke in the pools and those who are non-smokers will have to breathe smoke all the time, I don’t smoke - this is a minus for me !! ! Nearby is a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as chips and nuts, and a bite to eat burger, fries, salad, etc. The waiters at the bar were always willing to help, polite and friendly! I also want to mention the staff in Tirana, both waiters and managers! Always ready to help both adults and children, attentive, polite, friendly!

As for the kitchen - this is our biggest disappointment!! ! With so many products (from which they prepared), with such an assortment... there are very few delicious dishes! In the barbecue area for all the time there were only 2 types of fish, poultry, calf kufta (very dry) and beef liver. Very unique menu! Fruits are all unripe (oranges, tangerines are sour, bananas, melons are not sweet). In a la carte restaurants (and only 3 out of 7 worked), it was possible to diversify the food a little - meat and fish steaks, and seafood salads, apple pie is delicious, but getting into the sea was problematic, it very often did not work! (((( I was pleased with the presence of coffee machines and you could make your own coffee (espresso, latte, cappuccino) and pleased with drinks, it’s hard to call them fresh, rather strawberry smoothies, lemonade, mango, melon-pineapple.
And another 95% of drinks in Savoy from the refrigerator (we tried not to drink cold, but my throat hurt almost the entire vacation), and this despite the fact that there are a lot of families with small children (it’s a pity that they don’t take this into account). It is forbidden to listen to music near the pools and the sea (speakers, etc. ) - it's a pity, because it's better to listen to music than the screams of Arab children (who are very uneducated).
Although the Concord Hotel is nearby, there was even an MC and cool music on the beach! For nutrition, I recommend taking category E, otherwise you won’t see a la carte restaurants. The animation is sad, entertain yourself from the series, stupid contests - dance, collect shoes, etc. Boring!! ! I was glad that Soho Square was nearby, and you could take a walk and look into the shops, sometimes musicians performed there, well, and a musical fountain!
In general, read reviews, but consider the fact that the animators in Savoy ask for your phone in order to write a good review from your own phone! (Disgrace!!! )
