We stopped at this hotel based on the reviews. We were looking for a budget trip, so we did not expect something grandiose. But what we saw was scary. I don't know how people leave good reviews about this hotel because everything is ugly, dirty and broken. In a word - HORRIBLE!
We waited a long time at the reception to check into the room. We had a delay due to the fact that I was flying with an American citizen, despite the fact that he has had permanent residence in Ukraine for many years. And the Egyptians decided that there should be some additional fee if this is not a person from Ukraine, but a citizen of another country. They did not answer our questions, we stood like that for about 20 minutes, despite the fact that we were with a child. And our next questions just froze. As a result, they decided something for themselves there and settled us by their standards in a standard room. Although from what I heard, and from my experience, they try to please families with children, but in our case everything was terrible. Even take the bathroom in the room - a black rusty bathtub, a torn faucet and a leak all over the floor. I'm not a particularly picky person, but it was some kind of nightmare. After what we saw, we tried for 2 hours to change the room, not even to an improved one, but simply to another one. All this was very long, each of them wanted to receive some additional payment. They won't say or do anything. Since my husband is an American citizen, and he still managed to get us moved to a slightly better and larger room. It seemed to be normal there.
In general, the hotel leaves much to be desired.

The staff certainly loves tips. When we ran out of small money, we missed one day to leave for tea - so no one even changed our towels.
The food is also not very good. On day 4, we just realized we were getting processed meals from previous meals. I am glad, of course, that at least there was some choice of food and there was at least some meat.
The territory is more or less normal, well-groomed and clean, outside the picture is good. And we were next to Naama Bay. Every evening there was where to go for a walk, everything is within easy reach. The hotel had several pools and water slides. This is the only thing we liked about this hotel. Also, the pools were not heated. The water was more cold than warm. But this hotel has two beaches: sandy and coral. The coral beach felt so much more wild. But then again, there is no service on the beaches. If there were sun loungers, then they are old and half of them are broken. There were no drinks on the beach, nothing like that at all.
I have never had such an experience before. When I used to fly to Egypt in my student years and started with 3 stars, it was even better there than in this hotel.
I do not recommend anyone else to go there until they do at least something to improve the condition of the hotel and its maintenance.
