I vacationed with my daughter and a friend in February. The hotel has large, clean, and well-maintained grounds. It's a cascading structure with lots of steps. It's beautiful, with lots of flowers and plants. The staff really works hard. The rooms are quite nice, clean, and spacious. They clean every day! The downsides include a terrible hairdryer, cheap bathroom amenities, and an old TV. The beach has a turquoise pool with plenty of sun loungers and sun loungers. There are several different entrances to the sea. The entertainment staff is more than great (though sometimes they can be annoying and pushy). Some entertainers are high and offer hashish to guests. I liked the lobby bar; the staff was friendly, but other bars near the restaurant and on the beach were rude, ignorant, and inappropriate. There was an incident in the beach cafeteria, but after talking to Madeleine, the tour group, everything was fixed, and we even became friends with the staff. In the evenings, there are various entertainment programs, so you won't be bored! Overall, I really liked it! There's a good selection for those with a sweet tooth. Fruit choices included melon, guava, orange, tangerine, dates, pomegranate, and apples.
On the downside, the food is very poor (lots of dishes, but not great in taste or appearance).
No real coffee.

I'd also like internet access throughout the entire hotel.
My suggestion is to remove some of the entertainers and rethink the food service!
