The hotel is great! I'm staying at this hotel for the second year in a row. Big thanks to the guys at the reception. We arrived with a child early in the morning, but check-in went very well??? ? . They gave me the same number as last year (3502) for which I am very grateful. The hotel staff is friendly and smiling. They always say hello and ask how you are doing. Many thanks to the guy who cleaned the room. Very good, always did his job perfectly??? ? . The food is delicious, there is a large selection and there are a lot of sweets. Wi-Fi works great, which is very nice. The location of the hotel is super, right on SOHO Square. There is a free shuttle to the old town, which is very convenient and good. We were pleased with our vacation.
