Был хороший отель!!!! It was a good hotel!!!!

We vacationed in Sierra for the third time (in a year since last November). For the first time, we were indescribably delighted and wrote reviews, helping the hotel take first place. But alas, the last time was a complete disappointment. We were met at the reception coldly, “well, okay for the third time, ” although the hotel constantly writes about some non-existent cumulative bonuses.
The main restaurant is under renovation, again the reception did not give any information, they just told us to wait. We were accommodated hungry in a building under renovation. We sat in the dust for all 7 days. It’s a shame that we went to a trusted hotel inviting friends (the ticket was purchased in advance, that is, more expensive than others). But in vain, now we are vacationing in Hurghada (11/25/2023), but we could have returned to Sierra. Goodbye!! !
