We were in this hotel in September 2010, I never wrote reviews, but this time I could not remain silent, the hotel was a solid 3, no 5 *, it was not even close, the territory is bald, there is practically no greenery, the rooms are standard, but there is not a single balcony , this is nonsense, towels and swimwear can only be dried in the bathroom, food is so-so, you won’t die of hunger, but for 8 days there are only eggs for breakfast, it’s tough, there’s nothing for children to eat at all, sour milk, burnt cereals, all products, which were not eaten, served for 2-3 days, not even trying to disguise that they had already eaten, weathered watermelons and dried grapes from fruits, but this is not so important, there is no animation, it’s probably more fun in kindergarten, the hotel staff is lazy, while you smile at them all well, but if you demand something, they immediately forget the Russian language, there is a lot of theft in the hotel, from our group, 4 couples lost their equipment (phones, cameras, players), and some of them directly from the safe. The territory is small, the lake is a sewage drain, the stench is terrible, the river is cleaned daily, so the smell is appropriate, there are also 5 * hotels nearby, it was just envious how people relax, so for this money you can find a better option, believe me this is an objective judgment, I have something to compare with, in this region there are 4 * hotels, much better and better.
