We broke a glass between the beds. I put the urn there and put a sheet of paper on top, on which I wrote in English a request to be removed. The cleaners put the urn back under the table, the fragments on the floor were not touched. So we left, leaving a bunch of fragments on the floor.
The choice of food is rather poor. I compare this with how I rested in Turkey, as well as according to the reviews of other people.

Check-in: we didn’t want to wait, we put 10 bucks in the passport, they gave us a room right away, on the 1st floor overlooking the sea, they opened the safe, taught us how to close it, in general, everything is in order with this.
Room: large, bright, cleaned every day, towels were changed, flowers and swans were twisted)) yes, by the way, on the ground floor instead of a balcony there is a terrace, wicker chairs, a table, we really did not sit there, there was no time))
Meals: we liked everything, a lot, delicious, salads are of course very strange, well, vegetables were all served separately, and sauces, mix it up as you like, there were sushi every evening, pastries are simply unreal, oriental sweets, for lunch and dinner to choose from meat, fish, poultry, cooked in a different way every day, they also always grilled something, 3-4 side dishes, a couple of soups, fruits, two or three types to choose from, tea, coffee, "zyuppi" - which they have juice.
the coolest bar is near the bowling alley, the bartender there is just a darling, he makes different cocktails every time, they are all delicious, and he is naturally embarrassed to take a tip)))) beer is good, they are poured from glass bottles, on the beach in the bar there are cocktails without fantasy, pizza, burgers , french fries, ice cream, there were never queues, about which some people write, there were also enough dishes.
Beach: the beach is just super !!! ! super super super!!! ! There is coral, though small, there are a lot of fish there !!!!! ! shallow 100-150 meters, for small children, well, or who can’t swim, just do it perfectly. there is no pontoon, two minutes walk to the left is paid, five minutes to the right is free, and if you are not too lazy and walk 15-20 minutes to the right along the beach, then just do it !!!! ! free pontoon a kilometer long !!!!!!!!!!!! ! I advise everyone, it is very beautiful there, in general, we are satisfied. 2 swimming pools, one heated.

Compared to other hotels, the room is large, bright, but there is no balcony (((. We were 2 + 1, there were 2 beds in the room, a cot was brought for the child (the cot was delivered very quickly). They were cleaned well, it was always clean. Towels were changed ))). We lived in room 3525. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, so FREE internet in the reception area or we sat next to the elevator on the 3rd floor)))
2. Food. The food, to be honest, is rated 3 stars. Were before that and in 3 and 4 stars)). But we were not particularly picky, everything was always tasty, but the choice was small. (even on this diet they gained weight (((eh). On the beach they cooked pizza, french fries, a hamburger. There was ice cream. Drinks until 12 at night. Milk cocktails, alcoholic cocktails, various teas, espresso coffee, cappuccino, in general, everything is simple here class, I really liked all the cocktails. ))) Lack of dishes, especially cups and glasses (((, but at the end of the rest, we noticed that we bought mugs))) there were always a lot. 1 time they gave sushi, crabs. There is NO children's table (for those traveling with babies).
3. Animation. I liked yoga, I went to yoga every day. There were also belly dances, latin, water aerobics in the pool, volleyball, boccia. Every evening at 10 pm there were performances or competitions in the amphitheater (Miss and Mr. of the hotel, oriental dances, karaoke). Children's disco, I'm not happy with it, my child always happily went out to dance (in other hotels), sat here and just watched (((.
4. Beach. I'll tell you right away, there is no abyss. There is a dead reef, but there are a lot of different fish, I even saw new fish that I had not seen before. To go to the coral 100 meters exactly, but it did not bother us, even cool, in connection with the latest news about the shark. They swam every day, the beach was not closed, although in Naama the beach was opened only on 16 or 17.12. There was a caretaker, they were not allowed to swim far. The hotel has 2 swimming pools: 1 heated.
5. Staff. Service. In general, everything is fine. But if you compare by star rating, then the staff is a little loose for 5 stars.
6. Hotel vacationers. Hotel SOVIET UNION RESPECT. Most of them are Ukraine, Belarus, Russia (mainly Moscow), during my vacation I saw Italians, about 10 people. The first time I was very ashamed of my compatriots, I found out who the rednecks are, I can’t call them otherwise. Also in the hotel you can see women walking around in flowered bathrobes, for me it was wildness.

8. Excursions. They took it outside the hotel, 1.5 times cheaper. (Near the subway).
9. Discos: Disco in 2 buildings - beach and club - free of charge.
10. Hookah. Hookah can be smoked on site (next to the amphitheater), there is still a Bedouin cafe 2 hotels to the left, there is also a good hookah. )) Still there och. delicious tea. It costs 3 dollars (15 pounds) in our hotel, 20 pounds in a Bedouin cafe.
11. The road to Naama and the old city. For denyushka, For 5 + 1 to the old city they took $ 10, a blue minibus, but it was like a taxi, they didn’t take anyone else))). Up to naama per person - $ 1 on a blue minibus, $ 5 on a taxi per car.
12. Money was changed at the bank next to the METRO.

It’s a little unpleasant for our compatriots who are constantly drunk, rude to Arabs, make noise, find fault with everything, and then write negative reviews, but there are few of them. As one of the drawbacks, there is a shortage of dishes at rush hour in the restaurant, arriving early or late, everything is good, there is a lot of food, varied. With sunbeds on the beach, also, who comes there at 11-12 noon and may not be enough on the first or second line, there are sunbeds but away from the water. The entrance to the sea is gentle, go to a depth of 150-200 meters, but the sharks will not swim up, you can cool down and swim safely at a shallow depth. There is a coral island, small but a lot of fish. In general, the sea is warm, the water is clear, in the middle of winter a piece of summer. Very suitable for families with children. Whoever travels with a good mood and a desire to have a good rest, everything will work out that way.

From the outside, the hotel looked very pretentious: three large buildings, a huge green area, the sun, the beach is relatively close - everything suited us (we arrived, I must say, in the afternoon when the sun was gaining momentum). It was 12 noon, check-in was at 14. The guide came up and said that we would have to wait 2 hours for check-in, we were already upset, because we were very hungry and tired, when after 10 minutes they approached us and immediately tied bracelets. Guess you didn't wait.
They fed us for slaughter, for the first three days it seemed we tried all the dishes on their menu, as the next day they had oriental sweets on the table of sweets, which we had not seen or tried before the village. I had to eat more. Whoever wrote that they don’t wow with variety on the menu, I can assure you, everything is in order with variety))
The rooms also did not cause any serious complaints. Large, spacious, with individual air conditioning, a small refrigerator and a safe. The air conditioner was really noisy, and if the windows were opened at night, then mosquitoes flew in. We cleaned every day, nothing was missing.
Now about the territory and the beach.
The territory is huge, green, all sorts of beautiful flowers, blunders. In the evening, when they started to spray all this greenery, a characteristic unpleasant smell of feces immediately appeared... it is not clear, but unpleasant.
The beach, in my opinion, seemed quite well-groomed, there were not enough sunbeds only for those who came late.
I didn’t like only the annoying flies that flew there all the time, preventing me from relaxing calmly))
The fact that there is very shallow and far from corals - it is. Until you reach the normal depth, you didn’t want to swim, but of course the corals are beautiful with their flora and fauna, be sure to take a mask, there’s nothing to do without it)
