The check in was very fast. They stated that the check-in was at 14, but we were settled at 10 in the morning in a family room. The room was ready, clean and tidy. We had no complaints about cleaning, nor about the hotel grounds. The front desk was always quick to deal with all our problems. Russian-English accompaniment was. I didn’t like the check-out, I paid 100 euros for a late check-out (I asked for 4 or 5), but every half an hour the boys from cleaning or reception came and asked if we were still in debt. Thus, they tried to evict us earlier than it was paid. There is no such thing anywhere in the world. The sea and the beach are clean and tidy, the children were very pleased with our vacation. I want to add that I am allergic, and here I am very attentive to this. The chef prepared unique dishes for me. This is a very high level for the 3rd country in terms of such service, although in Europe it is practiced everywhere and this is the norm for them.
