We arrived from Egypt on 11/25/16. The room is large, comfortable and bright, conveniently located to the pools, restaurants, although they took the standard. Family vacation was a success, we were with a child of 10 years. One of the pools has 2 slides and a heated children's pool. In general, there are a lot of pools, there is enough space for everyone. The staff is very helpful even without the $. Fresh juices were given in the morning, and juices from packages, not powder ones, during the day. The food is varied, were in 3 a la carte restaurants (Thai, Italian, French). We were very pleased with the quality of the food. There are 6 a la carte restaurants on the territory, unfortunately we didn’t manage to do everything. My husband had a birthday, the hotel manager Tatyana called the room the day before, asked what time we would be on the beach, because a compliment from the hotel would be waiting for us there, and booked a Thai restaurant for us in the evening. It was very nice to receive a birthday cake ^_^
Just amazed by the sea and the beach.
The animation was at a high level, I especially want to mention the animator - Evgenia, polite and not intrusive, a professional in her field. We were very satisfied.
