In this hotel for the second time. The move in went very quickly. The room is large, comfortable, equipped with everything you need, during the rest the room was cleaned well, carefully, compositions were made on the beds, hygiene kits were replenished, water and tea, coffee were constantly left. The area is very beautiful and clean. The food is normal, there is a choice, you will not stay hungry in any case!
The hotel has several swimming pools. The main pool is warm and comfortable, but due to the huge number of children, it is almost impossible to relax there. We chose the ideal option for ourselves - the pool next to the Waterfalls bar is warm and there are few people near it. The beach is good, everything is done for a comfortable stay.
It was positive that the guests were constantly asked what they like, what their wishes are. This is correct and pleasant, it is clear that the hotel administration keeps abreast.
wi-fi throughout the hotel, including rooms - it's super!!!!

I really did not like the animation team and their work.
A little disappointed with the contingent of vacationers - a lot of Arabs with a lot of children and a lot of our not very cultured comrades
Conclusions: it used to be super cool here, the level was very high and the bar was raised high, there was practically nothing to complain about. Now the hotel may have lost some gloss, but the atmosphere here is wonderful, homely, and despite some nuances, you want to come back here. The hotel is worthy!
