Traveled with my husband and 4 year old daughter. For me, the main thing was that the hotel had 1. good food, 2. good wifi (my husband needs it for work), 3. good animation.
And if the child and the husband are happy, then the mother will be able to feel at the resort)
So let's start with the positives:
Beautiful territory (although the main pool was being renovated, but it didn’t bother us), the food is excellent, very varied and tasty, our daughter was always full, and with all the goodies I didn’t bring extra pounds, which is also important)).
Beautiful spacious rooms, excellent service, everything is fast and high quality. It was nice that from time to time they collect the opinions of vacationers about the hotel, what is wrong and what to fix and immediately corrected if possible.
The waiters are friendly, unobtrusive in the best sense of the word.
As for points for improvement:

1. As for a hotel in Egypt, wifi is excellent, for relaxation - more than. But there were frequent interruptions for a couple of hours during the day, it was critical for my husband, so we bought a local vodafone-sim card and he "distributed" the Internet via phone (hotspot), not super fast, but you can work.
2. this is a children's animation - it was not, by and large. And this was the biggest disappointment for me in this hotel (
One slide in the sun, and a small room where the toys ended once or twice: the designer has faded for a long time, the ball has torn... If the child is not in the mood for drawing and modeling, then no games or entertainment are held there.
Evening mini-disco is, but the program is the same, just music and memorized dance. There is no involvement of children, if you don't want it - whatever you want.
I would pay tribute to the Egyptian animator, very friendly, she tried and once, when there was no one, she played catch-up with her daughter. Although there were many children in the hotel, only a few reached the children's club.
Fortunately, there were 2 wonderful heated pools, where we spent all our time, interrupting for tasty and hearty meals. )
Yes, by the way, with very small children, and with strollers - it’s completely inconvenient, since there are no ramps, the hotel stands on a slope, strewn with very beautiful, but difficult for strollers, steps.
A huge plus is a bus that runs around the hotel, but for mothers with prams, this does not solve the problem, unfortunately.
But then again, everyone chooses a hotel according to their needs and comfort: someone needs cool animation (for adults), and someone vice versa - and the reviews will accordingly be different for these people). And for example, I would highly recommend this hotel for adults, without children.
And, yes, and one more thing: according to our feelings, the majority of the contingent in the hotel were either "ours" or locals, and the ratio was 60/30 (and about 10% were Europeans). IMHO
Despite some drawbacks, it was a great vacation, thanks a lot to the hotel and staff!
