Staying at this hotel will be remembered for a long time. We went here on the recommendation of friends - and never regretted it. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, Everything for tourists.
1) Service - EXCELLENT! The staff is not intrusive, polite, caring. They constantly find out whether everything is in order / what is wrong / whether everything is pleasant - it is clear that they are ready to improve. The administration sent us compliments all the time (as for honeymooners) - fruits, wine, sweets, they even organized breakfast in bed. Thanks a lot!
The rooms are cleaned every day, and do not hesitate, here you will not only be cleaned, but also show your talents in rolling towels. Every day something new, then a swan, then a heart, etc. It's very nice : ) The lifeguards on the beach are generally super, especially Mostafa Bayoka and Mohamed Elghoul : ) The guys love their job - and it shows! They constantly watch you in the water, they will tell you everything about the underwater world and not only : ) Animators will not let you get bored either, they will arrange interesting evening shows, constant master classes in dancing, yoga, exercises, hold competitions in water polo, they will charge you with a good mood , especially Michael, Anya, Dina : )
2) Territory - Gorgeous! Everything around is fragrant, blooms and smells. The staff who take care of the garden all the time take care of every bush, tree, flower. The lawn is always mowed, there is no garbage anywhere. It feels like you are just living in a botanical garden. The beach has its own pontoon. What is important, the pontoon is not very long and in order to swim at a depth, you do not have to walk hundreds of meters, as in many Sharm hotels. The underwater world, which is visible from the pontoon, is simply mesmerizing. Such variety! Be sure to bring your mask and snorkel! We swam in it the whole holiday!
The beach is clean, comfortable sun loungers and good awnings from the sun. There are also gazebos for extra. fee. In the restaurant on the beach you can eat even instead of lunch. We didn't even go out for lunch a few times. Delicious ice cream, drinks (free for AI) also on the beach!
The pools are clean, do not stink of bleach, there is one heated, there is one with slides. By the pool you can also enjoy various drinks : )
3) Food - very tasty! System - take what you want and as much as you want : ) We took our souls there with salads (always fresh vegetables and fruits). Every day they tried to surprise us with new dishes. I liked the fact that there is a menu both boiled and steamed, and for vegetarians - everyone will find something to their liking. Especially pleased with the sweets and pancakes with Nutella in the morning! And, of course, chic dishes from the chef on the grill - for dinner. For the first time we tried grilled crabs - you just LICK YOUR FINGERS! The hotel also has 6 restaurants, 1 of them fish for an additional fee. The rest can be visited an unlimited number of times. Most of all I liked the restaurant - French! Bravo boss! The only thing I didn't like was the wine (not imported). Ukrainian ones are much better : )
4) The rooms are great. We had a very cozy, with a sea view, a huge and comfortable bed. Working plumbing, hot water all the time, snow-white towels and bathrobes, a balcony with chairs for evening or morning gatherings : ) True, there were some problems with Wi-Fi : ) But we came to relax, not work : )
