Guys! To say that the reviews and ratings are too high is to say nothing. . . When choosing a vacation, we always relied on reviews and were very happy, but not this time! We know what to expect from Egyptian hotels: we were in both mediocre and VIP hotels (for example, the neighboring Grand Rotana). The same one for the cost of VIP, but it doesn’t even reach the top five.
1. Settlement. We are a young couple, but they put us in a room with two single beds (the hotel is almost empty! ) This problem was immediately resolved by calling the reception. Changed the number quickly, thank you for that. The room is normal and spacious.
2. Nutrition. DISGUSTING!! ! The reviews say that food for every taste and in a large assortment! It's a lie!! ! Only on the fourth day for breakfast we waited for an omelet!! ! You will have a large assortment of sausages, which are similar in taste to peppered paper and seven kinds of honey. But why do I need so much honey on an empty stomach?? ? Half of the dishes are Egyptian cuisine, which is impossible to eat! Another question: 80% of Europeans have a rest here and we don't need much! And this is not only our subjective opinion! We talked with many vacationers, they are simply shocked by the quality of food! The only thing that made us happy was the a la carte restaurants. Everything is delicious there ; )

3. Service. Normal. No one is running after you, as stated in previous comments.
4. Beach. To enter the sea, there are two stairs from the pantone: the first is neatly sheathed with artificial non-slip coating, but it is almost always packed with kids. The second is the wobbly steps with rubber mats, which are often torn off by the waves, and you have to go down the clumsy, soaked wooden steps.
But when the sea is calm, the beauty of carals and fish is simply mesmerizing and you forget about all the shortcomings! The beach itself is not very well maintained: sun loungers, mattresses and tables require restoration.
5. Animation. How to choose words to express emotions. . . Kindergarten! Mister hotel, checkers, and a tennis table in the sun; )
6. Hotel. Those beautiful pictures that you see on the website or at the tour operator with a pool with pink tents and beautiful wicker furniture are for VIP users of the Royal Club and mere mortals cannot go there.
Beach houses cost $30 per day.
This, of course, is written in small letters in the description of the hotel.
About amenities:
The area is big and beautiful!
Wi-Fi catches well and everywhere.
The hotel runs a bus all the time. This is very convenient as the hotel has many levels and stairs.
The bartenders are great! Especially Hassanchik from Churchill and Walid on the beach! Thank you!
Let's summarize. The hotel is weak, and this is the opinion of not only ours, but also of all European vacationers with whom we communicated.
We really hope that after reading this review, you will weigh all the pros and cons.
We wish you an unforgettable vacation!
