I will not hide, difficult. Having bought a ticket at Booking (we were lucky to get a promotion with a 10% discount), we waited for discounts on the websites of Turkish airlines. Empirically, we realized that in one of the aircraft it was superfluous. Didn't get hungry. So you can save $20 by ordering meals either on board Moscow-Istanbul or on board Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh. Taxi ordered at the hotel. They came for us for 11 dollars, took us to the airport for 8. You can "catch" a taxi on the street much cheaper, but we decided not to risk it. This service in the hotel is very well organized. Taxi drivers are friendly and helpful - they open the door not only to women, but also to men. They seem to drive carefully. In this regard, I advise you to overpay a little, but then start enjoying the trip from the moment you get off the plane. In 15 minutes, the taxi driver drove us to the hotel, and then I mentioned the previous transfer with an unkind word, when you go to hotels located near the airport for an hour and a half. For now, all tourists will be taken to their hotels. In short, the cons of the trip ended (the price of air tickets and the increase in travel time from home to the hotel) and the pros began. Since we arrived at night and left late in the evening, we had to pay extra for early check-in and late check-out. $50 for both, although officially it costs more. The hotel administrators resolve the issue of the price quickly, having phoned the management, they meet your financial possibilities and in no case extort money, which we have repeatedly encountered in other hotels. My husband and I think that we got a good number. It is located exactly in the middle of the huge territory of the hotel, exactly on the border with the VIP zone (where guests can use private pools, relax under canopies and have breakfast in mini-restaurants. Bottled water, daily cleaning, two double beds. At first, we were unpleasantly surprised later we realized the advantage of just such a night's rest. ) It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the same to the restaurant where they usually ate. And you need to go through the most beautiful territory, well-groomed and comfortable.
Territory
The hotel has such an architectural solution that the wind is not felt at all on its territory, although the weather during our vacation was not ideal. It blew almost every day, sometimes to a greater, sometimes to a lesser extent. But this did not bother us at all, because. the wind was felt only on the beach. And there he was often a boon, because the heat was felt much easier. By the way, he also did not interfere with snorkeling, although there were some problems with getting out of the sea. The pier is convenient, but because of the frequent low tides, the last step of the pier rose, and unsportsmanlike aunts had to work hard to get to land. And here it is impossible not to remember the need for daily sports training. Including for such cases. The hotel has an excellent gym. State of the art trainers. Before breakfast, I had time to turn the pedals, and walk, and all that.

A great hotel feature is the taxi bus. In other pools, you can make some noise, and swim for quite long distances, and use the bar on the water.
There is a sauna and a steam room (free of charge). The sauna is decent, the steam room not so much. You can jump into the pool after the sauna only for a fee, which is not very encouraging. What is a sauna without a pool? Maybe the hotel management will reconsider such a concept?
But this, as they say, is already a whim.
Another pleasure is live music on the terrace. Good actors, great roles. It's a pity, not every day, because there is not much good. In parallel, there are other performances in the amphitheater, such as skirt shows, dance programs, acrobatic and so on. It seems like a good children's animation (we saw it out of the corner of our eye, because the children were not brought).
Animators

Girls are modest Ukrainian ladies, but cheerful and sociable. Guys - continuous human exoticism. In the good sense of the word, it was a pleasure to look at them. They dance, move, joke and seem to be just for you. However, they do a lot just for you. Say, on the last evening I wanted to dance, so they made a mini-disco for me in the dance hall. And then I got to the main concept of the hotel - hotel employees are ready to do everything possible to make the guest satisfied. Not just ate, drank, bought, but relaxed, got positive emotions and forgot about my problems. On the day of departure, my husband and I almost simultaneously spoke about the fact that for the first time we did not "have a rest", although usually after a week of a similar rest we already want to go home.
Hotel team
Actually, the hotel workers are called the staff, but I consciously call them the team, because they surpassed all the workers previously met in Egypt, who seemed to be the best. It turned out that there is no limit to perfection. Sunrise smiles all over, greets, asks how things are, fulfills any request. The waiters are especially chic. And on the beach only in shoes (!!! ) and snow-white shirts. From the first time they remember what you drink, they carry it without asking. The restaurants also have a high level of service, and the terrace is generally the highest score. Especially often we communicated with Said. He perfectly expresses his thoughts in Russian, and, most importantly, understands the questions. We talked a lot in our life. They work like bees. For comparison - in April we rested in the Turkish Rixos. Its main advantage is luxury. The main disadvantage is luxury. Tired of all this. In the Egyptian Sunrise - we had a real rest. We enjoyed the sea and the sun, and the smiles of the workers, and their attention. A day later, the chef came up to the table, asked wishes, was interested in impressions. So now about the food.
Nutrition
I didn't even try a third of all the dishes that were served to us at the hotel. For breakfast, yoghurts of at least 10 varieties, all sorts of muesli, dried fruits, confectionery, scrambled eggs on order, boiled eggs, and eggs in a bag (I got hooked, I can’t cook it myself without a shell). Delicious cheese (for me, this is an indicator of the level of the hotel), real sausage (! ), cereals, all kinds of meat dishes, samsa, legumes, vegetables in various forms, it’s impossible to list everything.
Lunch - three soups, one tastier than the other, meat (more often beef than lamb) in all forms, always fish. Steamed, fried, battered, etc. True, sometimes mackerel. But in those days when they fried, as they say, Egyptian sea bass, I had a feast of the stomach. In fact, it looks like a crucian carp. And very tasty.

Dinner is generally a revelry of gluttony. There are at least three grilled dishes outside - chicken, beef or lamb, turkey. There were quail and tuna. In the main restaurant, meat and fish in different concepts, vegetables, pasta and so many other things that in the last days I could only eat mashed potatoes and pickles. Fed up. By the way, for the first time I noticed that in this hotel dishes from potatoes are prepared in such a way that they are tastier than meat.
There are a lot of different pastries. I don’t eat, so I won’t express much enthusiasm. Although I tried cheesecake and all sorts of goats. Fine.
Fruit counted 18 species (of course, not at the same time). Watermelons, melons, persimmons, bananas, pears, grapes and what delighted my husband - his favorite pomegranates, sweet and juicy. The only remark - the apples were mostly cut, and on the beach I wanted to nibble on the whole. But I adapted - I collected sliced ​ ​ u200bu200binto a container and thus enjoyed lying on a deck chair.
Beach
For me to be more than 10 minutes in the Egyptian sun is a test. Therefore, I paid tribute to the straw awnings over the sun loungers, under which it was almost cool. At 6 in the morning, you don’t have to take a place on the beach. Just enough. The pier is comfortable, the reef is decent. The fish are smaller than usual. Apparently, this is due to climate change. The tides and the winds are earlier than usual. However, for those who have not seen another, it may seem that they did not enter the Red Sea, but ended up in an aquarium. Communication with them is a great relaxation. Of the rare ones, they saw a crocodile fish, a Napoleon, my husband got on a moray eel. We met with a stingray, parrots, we saw a lot of individuals unknown to us, sometimes we watched majestic tuna passing by.
What did you like the most
The fish are out of competition. This is the best. A trip to Soho (every evening a free bus), every evening you could dine at a la carte restaurants. We were twice in Italian, once in French, once in Mongolian, Indian and Thai. You can try the last three, but really enjoyed the first two.

The attention of the staff - on the last day they asked for Egyptian bread for my grandmother. They asked what kind, packed, brought to the table. I have already written about a personal mini-disco. Now again about administrative workers. Most of all we had to communicate with Nastya. Beautiful, smart, hard worker. She talks with vacationers on the beach, she inspects dishes in the restaurant, she is everywhere and everywhere. Deals with any issue clearly and quickly. Julia is also friendly and responsible, we just had to communicate less with her.
Wristbands at the hotel are not removed after 12, when the room must be vacated. That is, you have lunch and dinner as a full-fledged guest. And no feeling of inferiority in connection with the departure, which is very important.
What I forgot to write about
Delicious ice cream, excellent red wine (did not drink other drinks), delicious cocktails, herbal teas. Fresh mint, flowers, greenery, palm trees, well-groomed territory to the millimeter, rocking chairs on the roof. Probably, I will send a review - I remember a lot more. But even so, I drew a picture sufficient.
Trouble
It didn't work without them. If you go through Turkey, turn off your phones while you are there. In two hours, they took all the money from the phone to the penny. All 1600 rubles. And this is not the first time. They did not call, did not receive calls, did not perform other actions, and the money disappeared. Well, Sunrise has good internet, contacted colleagues, solved the connection problem.

And the second problem. Two-thirds of our holiday was taken up with a cleaning problem. A young handsome, but extremely strange guy did everything to spoil our vacation. Cleaned badly, not every day, woke up during an afternoon nap. Suffered - complained. He was given a stern warning. He behaved decently for two days, and then he became insolent altogether. As I understand it, he was not satisfied with the chocolates that we left as a present. He wanted dollars, which he made clear to us in various ways. Very nasty. We complained a second time. And on the same day he was fired. The last days we enjoyed the swans and cleanliness with another cleaner. And, taught by bitter experience, they left him not chocolates, but money. It seems that in those two years, while the Russians were not in Egypt, the attitude towards chocolates has changed. Previously, the Egyptians rejoiced, as they say, like children, with a sweet little thing, now they are more inspired by the dollar. However, everyone else took chocolate with pleasure. Maybe I'm wrong.

At the end of March we will again go to this hotel. Even if Egypt is not opened for the Russians. Let the road be long, let the price be higher, but the impressions are just for half a year. I'm finishing on this, I signed. What can you do? For a long time I did not have such full-blooded impressions as after a holiday in Sunrise. So now I will not wait for Egypt to be opened to the Russians. For me it is already open.
