I want to leave this review, because emotions overwhelm. We got to this hotel for the first time, we rested with a large company of 3 families of godfathers. The hotel is a real fairy tale. I’ll tell you about the staff: first of all, about the beautiful girl Nastya, a Russian-speaking beauty who answers all your questions flawlessly, suggested what and how is happening in this hotel, she is so polite and friendly, I personally was very touched (because I’m not used to such treatment in our everyday life), and the rest of the staff are mostly men,,, but the guys at the pool (bartenders and waiters) are the most friendly and always served us with a mood (smile and joy) especially say hello to Sameh (near the pool) and Sherief ( from the churchill bar) just handsome (they didn’t have time to drink a glass, they already bring new ones, for our large company a whole tray of glasses for every taste (alcohol and without, since we had children with us) The room was cleaned daily, also with jokes ( hearts, crocodiles on the beds). Very beautiful area, well-groomed at the highest level. All the staff smile every morning and ask: how are you? Which is very nice). Alcoholic drinks are delicious at Churchill Bar, our husbands tried everything thanks to the Sheriff who works there. Now about food: a very large selection of dishes in the restaurant, the menu is different every day, I was very pleased with the children's menu (all kinds of yogurt mixtures and fruits, I just haven’t seen such an abundance anywhere), I won’t even write about meat, because I can’t to list all types of cooking, the A-La-Car restaurants were also impressive in which you had to book places every evening, but note that everything is free !!! ! Everything is very decent in the restaurants. Animators are just melashki. Before you get bored, they are already calling you to play. Or dance or yoga. Special greetings to the dreadlocked and curly. Access to the sea is awesome. When I looked at all the staff in general, it seemed to me that they never have a bad mood at all, they immediately remembered our names (which was very nice) and when they went out to the pools they knew what to bring to our husbands. In general: our families received a lot of positive emotions from this hotel, everything is at the highest level, we don’t forget the rest, we already miss it, and as my husband put it when he arrived home, “you can go to this hotel for years, it’s better not to find anything” and this hotel got 5 stars absolutely deserved (one can say with firmness). We are delighted!!!!! !
