Arrived early in the morning. Greeted with drinks and wet towels. They gave bracelets and we went to have breakfast. After we came to the reception and they immediately gave us a room!
As newlyweds, we were given a large and beautiful room with a huge bed and a sea view. The room has everything from toothbrushes to an iron and ironing board! After a short rest, a wonderful holiday continued.
The area is large, green and very well maintained. Heated pools. There is a very warm relax pool. The staff is very helpful, cultured and always happy to do their job. The waiters approach the sunbeds on the beach and by the pools and are interested in what to bring to drink. About the ideal work of the staff in this hotel - you can write a whole volume! The room cleaner always asked if it was well cleaned and if anything else was needed? ! The hotel manager with assistants regularly walk around the territory and ask all vacationers if everything is fine in the restaurant, room, hotel? ! In terms of attention to guests, this hotel has no equal in Sharm El Sheikh! A bus runs regularly around the area. If you are in a hurry, then by pressing the button at the bus stop (there are a lot of them around the territory) - in a couple of minutes they will come for you.
The food is excellent. Lots and delicious. From pastries and sealed yoghurts to meat, fish and seafood. . . A la cards are free and there is a recording machine in the lobby, you need to book in advance. We liked French. The poolside snack bar and beach bar offer à la carte meals. Nicely thought out. I sat down at a table - the waiter came up, took the order and brought everything. From soups, salads and anchovy sandwiches to pizza, drinks and ice cream.
I will not write anything about the Red Sea. Too much has been written about this unreal aquarium.
RESULT: WE 100% WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!! ! And we recommend it to absolutely everyone who loves service and wants to really relax!
