Rested in Egypt more than once, but today, this hotel is our favorite. Nothing to even complain about. Only one thing upset me - there were too few nights on the tour, only 6. You crossed the threshold and you are already a welcome guest, it's nice that we were tired from the road and brought wet towels and drinks. Prompt check in, nice room with everything you need. And the cleaning is good and the replacement / replenishment on time, we did not forget to thank. It has been repeatedly mentioned that the service here is simply excellent! Excellent team, bravo, all without exception, polite, attentive, responsive, everything is in order with subordination. There are three pools in use - the main one, near which animation is held, relaxation only for adults and a pool with slides. There is also a children's one. In general and relaxation, the water is definitely heated, but I don’t know about slides. Very beautiful territory, a lot of greenery, everything is clean, a lot of flowering plants, the evening illumination is very beautiful. The hotel has a romantic getaway. On the beach, too, everything is fine, clean, normal sunbeds, there is a type of gazebos, I don’t know what they are called, but they seem to be paid. Nice wooden pier that doesn't bounce around like plastic ones. Good ladders for descent into the water. The reef is fabulous, a lot of different fish, both large and small. Moray eel and Napoleon were seen, these are the ones I know)) The water is cool and invigorating, but clean…. And very salty. Everything is great on the sea! There is no entrance from the shore, maybe for someone it's a minus, for us it's not. I won’t write about nutrition, I’ve already written a hundred times, we liked it, we were pleased with fresh juices in the morning and juices in packages during the day, a lot of fruits, coffee in the lobby, a grill, a la carte restaurants (free of charge, but an appointment is needed). Service in all restaurants and bars on 5+. Well done animators, great team, enjoyed attending water aerobics. My husband went to the gym and said he liked it. We went to the evening shows a couple of times, there was not always time. Another nice bonus is a free bus to Soho Square, we went once, that was enough, besides, we had already been there before. And once we went to the Ras Mohammed reserve. You don’t have to worry about the Internet, Wi-Fi catches throughout the territory. There is also a sauna or a bath for free, but we never went, it’s a pity, there are few days, it’s not possible to try everything. And one more plus to the hotel, on the day of departure, the bracelet is not cut off, everyone can use it right up to the bus! Not every hotel can boast of this. They don't save on guests. We are very satisfied with both the hotel and the rest, everything was just super, I don’t know who might not like such a vacation? We would love to come again and preferably for 10 days.
