We rested at the hotel at the end of July 2018 together with our 13-year-old son. We arrived at the hotel by taxi, 10 dollars, 10 minutes drive. Late in the evening. The superior room was paid for, and they received it. Room in the Lily building on the first floor. The room matches the pictures on the hotel website. We asked at the reception to a higher floor. They promised to relocate as soon as there are free rooms, since the hotel is completely full. Indeed, after a couple of days we were notified by Watsap when and where we can move. We stayed in the same building, but on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the pools and the sea. Regarding the location of the buildings, I can say that if at first it seemed to us that we were living in the backyard of the hotel, then after examining the territory, we came to the conclusion that the location of our building is very good. Equidistant from the sea and reception, in a quiet area, next to the Relax pool. Near the building there is a bus stop that runs around the hotel. But we moved everywhere on foot, everything is not so far away. In the room there is an iron with an ironing board, a kettle with tea bags, coffee, sugar and cream. The hotel was full during our stay. Mostly local Arabs and a little Ukraine rested, very few from Russia, Kazakhstan and Europe. The Arab contingent pleased us with their upbringing, there were no very noisy large families with many children. Given the expensive price tag of the hotel, it can be assumed that the contingent of vacationers is appropriate.
The hotel has one main restaurant, the air-conditioned room is small, it is especially felt at dinner, there are a lot of people, there are few seats. We always dined on the terrace outside under a large fan. In terms of nutrition, I can say that it is very good for today's Egypt. Meat, chicken, fish are available in both lumps and minced meats. There is always a choice. Three types of soups. For lunch and dinner, delicious pasta with various additions is prepared in front of you and according to your desire. They bake pizza. For dinner, there is always a grill in 3 options, I want to note very good and different pastries. But I would like more fruit. But daily chopped apples, melons, grapes, dates, oranges. The hotel has several pools, but even when the hotel is fully loaded, it makes no sense to run and take sunbeds in the morning. We could always find a couple of free sunbeds.

In general, the hotel left a very pleasant impression, beautiful and green Staff smiling and friendly. I did not notice any rudeness and discrimination on the basis of nationality. I definitely recommend the hotel! A hotel for a relaxing and worthy stay. Today one of the best in Sharm. When we flew back on the plane and listened to stories about other hotels, we realized that we had made the right choice!
