But in the room there are separate beds, which was very upsetting (after all, we came to celebrate the wedding anniversary) I didn’t see anything else in the dark, we went to dinner) Of course, when I got to its end, I was completely upset (you understand))) Fortunately for me, the level of customer service was shown to me straightaway. A girl, Matolina Tatiana, came up with a simple question - "how do you like your rest? ". Well, of course, I told about my dissatisfaction. That's honest!! ! The morning was just amazing. Tatyana called and said that we were moving. They came for us when we were ready. And a MIRACLE! ) Gorgeous room, with a huge bed and an incredibly beautiful view from the window!! ! Every minute in the hotel pleased and delighted me! ) Very beautiful, well-groomed territory. ! ! First line. Of course, we lived right by the sea, but the windows of all rooms overlook it. The territory is cascading, a cute bus runs around the perimeter, every 7 minutes. But this is not at all necessary, the farthest distance is 10 minutes on foot. All levels of narrow purpose, pools too. We rested at +16. Very politely all parents with children are sent above. The pools are cleaned every night, I saw it myself!!! ! Water intake from the pools for control daily. Wifi throughout is excellent. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, but not intrusive. It seems to me that all the employees, work and this hotel love it! ) The food is varied, very tasty and aesthetically designed!! ! There are 6 or 7 restaurants on the territory, a la carte didn’t lead them) For our anniversary, we were served breakfast in the room, and in the evening in a romantically decorated restaurant they served a festive dinner and a cake was presented very solemnly. Of course, I would like to thank Matolina Tanya, the guest relay of this hotel, for the care, attention and commitment!! ! Nine days is not enough. . . We will definitely come again, but now without choosing a hotel!! ! Thanks to all hotel staff!!!
