We arrived at the hotel by transfer from Aneks, after the darkness of queues at the airport and delivery to other hotels for at least half an hour. And in fact to go to him from the airport about 10 minutes. I checked into a paid superior room with a huge king size bed. Room in the Angelica building (each building in the hotel is named after a plant), C2 (and alphanumeric) on the ground floor with a terrace, a table and 2 chairs (with a latch on the window). There are maps around the hotel, which turned out to be useful in the early days. The room matches the pictures on the hotel website. Everything is clean (they clean it every day if you don't set Do not disturbed "do not disturb", and you can manually set the "Please clean" button "clean in the room"). If you start to peer, you will see that the number is a bit tired (but only if you really start to peer). Air conditioning working, multifunctional with the possibility of a sleep timer. In the room there is an iron with an ironing board, hangers, a kettle with tea bags (you can ask for more), coffee, sugar and cream. Shower gel, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, disposable razor, toothbrush with toothpaste, cap, and a set of several cotton pads with sticks, and even a small sewing kit is available. Slippers and robes are the same. Towels are changed (what you used) every time you clean. There is an electronic safe, with an internal socket, the code of which can be changed every time you open it! Plasma TV, 7 Ukrainian channels, the same number from different other countries. All information about the hotel on the main TV screen. The hotel room has an internal telephone that can be used to contact the reception or other numbers. Regarding the location of the buildings, I can say that if at first I thought that I live far from the sea, but then, having studied the territory (and missed the building several times), I realized that it is equidistant from the sea and the reception / main restaurant, in a quiet area, next to with adults only pool. There is a bus stop near the building, which runs around the hotel every 7 minutes. But I used it only a few times when I wanted to get there very quickly and he just drove up, because everything is not so far away. The hotel during our vacation was not fully loaded and managed to take photos in such a way that friends asked if I was alone there at all : ). Mostly local Arabs, families/couples from Ukraine/Belarus and very few from Europe rested (fortunately, there were practically no Russians and they did not particularly spread about themselves, because officially they are forbidden to fly here). I was lucky that there were no very noisy large families with many children. Given the expensive price tag of the hotel, it can be assumed that the contingent of vacationers is appropriate. The hotel has one main restaurant, with an air-conditioned room and an outdoor terrace with a large fan. The food is quite varied: meat, chicken, fish, three types of soups. For lunch and dinner, delicious pasta with various toppings is cooked in front of you and pizza is baked. They also make an omelet in the morning. For dinner, there is always a grill in 3 options, I want to note very good and different pastries and all kinds of desserts. But I would like more fruit. But daily chopped apples, grapes, dates, oranges, grapefruits, guava. From 11 am throughout the hotel there is a choice of 4 flavors of ice cream: creamy, chocolate, mango and strawberry. Drinks: packaged juices, occasionally fresh, bottled drinking water 0.7. There are 7 A la Carte restaurants of which 5 are free. They work by appointment, you can sign up at the reception, or on the monitors in the lobby. I recommend visiting Thai. Restaurants with good service and interior. Everything is delicious and on the menu. On the territory there is a snack bar near the main pool, and a bar on the beach, where Italian cuisine is served from 12 (and in the evening it is an A la Carte restaurant). Drinks are brought by the waiters and you can take it yourself. The hotel has several pools, which are cleaned every evening, therefore, do not swim after sunset, and it makes no sense to run and borrow sunbeds in the morning, because there are always free sunbeds. You are given a card for one towel and you can exchange it near any pool or on the beach, and then change the towel for a card. The sea is beautiful and warm. But you can’t swim from the shore, corals! There is a small area for children (where you can only go in slippers, it’s not deep - I was knee-deep. Otherwise, everyone swam from a pontoon (stationary, wooden). There is always a lifeguard when you can swim (it’s forbidden after sunset), those who wish are given lifebuoys. There is paid diving right on the shore. Otherwise you can swim in your masks and take pictures of fish on camera. For more diverse fish you need to go on excursions to the sea to the reefs. The animation is especially unobtrusive, but quite diverse, which is very good! Everyone in the evening there is some kind of program for guests (magicians, belly dancing, live music, etc. ) Went to Soho by a free shuttle from the hotel, but you need to book in advance. fountains (including one large color and sound fountain) and plenty of shops. In general, the hotel left a very pleasant impression, beautiful, green, constantly cleaned. The staff is smiling and friendly, polite. Almost everyone knows English at a fairly good level (or they immediately call someone who speaks), and quite a lot of people speak Russian tolerably, some even know a few Ukrainian words : ). The guest service works perfectly, periodically conducts guest surveys, minor complaints are resolved promptly! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and relaxing holiday.
