We flew in the morning, settled us immediately, upon arrival, the room turned out to be with a sea view, a minute walk to the adult pool and 2 minutes walk to the sea. The area is very beautiful! The pools are all heated, it was very comfortable! The staff is polite, helpful, the waiters work very well, the service is just on top! Delicious cuisine! A la carte restaurants with unlimited access, unlike many other hotels. Spa is great! Especially the masseuse Ale, brought my back after a heavy suitcase with a broken wheel to perfect order!

All the staff of the hotel made sure that not only we, but all the guests feel like the most welcome guests in this hotel. The animators are very cheerful, I was especially pleased that they spoke Russian well, and all the staff spoke well, which additionally caused only a comfortable feeling.
Our room was very large, the beds were separate, large and comfortable, the room was cleaned well, the bar and various washing accessories were replenished on time. A bus runs around the hotel, for those who do not want to walk to the sea and around the territory. But we practically did not use the bus, because walking around the territory was a real pleasure!
Strawberries were served on the beach at lunchtime. The staff constantly clarified whether everything was fine with us, whether we had any comments. From entertainment - they held yoga, volleyball, darts and something else, but we didn’t play, because we wanted to relax passively)
We had a check-out at 16.25, but they left us a room until 15.00, which made us very happy, we spent a full day by the sea, and before leaving we managed to put ourselves in order.
