I always choose a hotel based on reviews left by tourists and this hotel was no exception. Going to Egypt for the third time and having impressions of other hotels, I paid attention to this hotel because of the high rating, but I was very disappointed! ! ! !!
1. The beach here is bad because around the perimeter of the beach is a petrified reef on which it is impossible to walk (there is a hotel Sultan, there is a beautiful beach with a gentle entrance).
2. There is a fairly comfortable pontoon, but the reef you can see diving from this pontoon is not alive and there are very few fish (a beautiful reef at the Reef Hotel).
3. There are many pools, but if you have a child and you do not have a Royal bracelet, you can visit only two pools where there are always many people (so for children this hotel is not suitable, children do not play on the beach and do nothing in the pool as there are only two water slides and they are not interesting at all).

4. And most importantly - food, of course, maybe because of quarantine, but it's awful.
There are no even basic vegetables, there are several types of meat that are always hard and not chewy and pasta. The juice from the bags does not taste natural. No food schedule, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00 you can not eat anywhere. The beach bar closes until 17:00, and there are still many people on it, no water or juice will not take.
One of the positives is the rooms are clean, everything works, cleaning is normal. And the hotel area is beautiful.
