Unfortunately, this is my last visit to the hotels of this chain. Although at the end of March the whole family and friends were going to come here to celebrate a significant date. For almost a week I ruffled my nerves in order to get the consent of the hotel administration to invite guests. For money, on daylight hours, as is customary in any hotels in Egypt, one person was not allowed. Even though my Sister lives in their own Sunrise Diamond chain! Absolutely no. They cited covid. Although in the hotel no one controls the people who go on excursions and shopping without masks! I had to celebrate Christmas on my terrace with access to the pool alone. It turned out to be a vacation in a GENERAL REGIME COLONY.
The guest relations girl Zoya is just a vegetable (unlike similar staff in other hotels), who does not solve issues, but can only show where the beach is. Manager Mr. Karam, as from the last century, he would not manage a hotel, but correctional institutions.
At the same time, during the rest, I freely visited and spent the day (for money) with my friends in the following hotels: Jolie Ville Resort, Grand Rotana Resort, Sunrise Diamond, Rixos!

I am sure that the administration should be so principled in relation to guests who are noisy all night, updating the wooden and soft elements of the room (Luxury! ) And processing the territory from Mosquitoes (probably the first time in Egypt they bitten like that, I have never seen people processing the territory in two weeks ), or, at worst, update the sun loungers and ennoble the main bar on the street with greenery or umbrellas, as well as only marble and chairs. Also, this hotel is definitely not for you if you prefer to dine al fresco, as every evening the smoke from the barbeque doesn't give you that chance.
The beach is not for relaxation! Due to its narrow size, the number of people per square meter can compete with Arcadia in Odessa during the season.
By the way, TUI representatives refused to help in any way, apparently due to my lack of interest in their excursions.
On the positive side of staying at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort, I was lucky with the weather. It was warm and sad.
