Reef:
The reef is dead. Perhaps for those who are in Egypt for the first time and begin their acquaintance with the Red Sea, it will be ok, but those who have already been to other hotels with good reefs where many different fish will not find anything particularly interesting for themselves. For the sake of objectivity, I’ll add that we saw both a stingray, and lionfish, and wrasses. In general, I do not advise "experienced" for snorkeling.
Hotel: Huge. Very beautiful green area, huge palm trees. You can see the former greatness, but everything is already a little outdated. The rooms are generally ok, we didn’t go here for the numbers, but for the sea and the fish, so we don’t find fault. A bus runs along the territory, you can drive up.
Swimming pools: no point. Large pool in the center with very warm water. There during the day all activities, music. There is a bar in the pool itself, but the bartenders pay 99% of their attention to Arab guests.

There is a pool with two slides where you can spend some time with your child. It is a pity that there is no bar and even to take water or beer you need to run up the stairs to another pool in the heat.
Meals: basic food for C grade. You will not be hungry, but this is not the level that is declared. During the day, the bar on the beach saves where you can dine and not go to the central canteen. It is also possible to go every day to a different a la carte. Indian didn't work for us. French is very good.
Very pleased with dinner on Saturday - fish day. There was delicious fish, crabs, shrimp. Best dinner of the week.
Beach: excellent. There were almost no people. At 9 am, you can choose almost any place for yourself. Cleaned up. Purely. Sun loungers are washed and wiped. The bartender on the beach is great. Comfortable sun loungers.
Capital pontoon. Not long. Steps to enter the water.
Animation Entertainment: the guys seem to be trying, very sociable. We didn’t participate much, we were more at sea, so I can’t say objectively.
Children's animation: after the first mini-disco, my daughter (8 years old) said that she would not go anymore. She must have grown : )
Staff: beyond praise. Management delves into the life of the hotel, if guests do not like something, they are ready to quickly fix it. The bartenders and waiters are doing their best. The guy who cleaned the room always did all sorts of jokes with towels.
Summary: the hotel is suitable for those who love the attention of the staff and service. Would we come again - very unlikely. We love the sea, reef, fish, but this is not enough here. If there was a cool reef, everyone would be forgiven ???? .
