But in order. The holiday was ruined from the moment we checked into the hotel and the condition of the rooms in which we lived. When we entered the room, we immediately felt a sharp contrast with the territory - from a respectable 5-star hotel, we ended up in a 3-star hotel.
Check in hotel:
- we arrived at about 21.00 local time - we were put on bracelets and given the keys to the rooms, having previously indicated their location on the map... and here the fun begins. We came as a family with two adult children aged 18 and 12. We booked (paid for) two standard rooms a month before the trip - a mandatory condition when booking - the rooms must be nearby (everything is logical, a family of 4 people), wish 2nd floor. Arriving at the hotel and going to the reception, we immediately specified that we were a family and we booked 2 rooms nearby. As a result, we were given 2 rooms on the ground floor in different parts of the hotel. We began to ask to pick up 2 rooms next to us. But then politeness turned into rudeness. We were categorically told that other numbers will not be provided to us. After long conversations, we were offered a large one-room suite on the 2nd floor with 3 beds. We refused. Negotiations continued - as a result, we were offered rooms in a conditionally one building, which consists of several blocks, but far from each other. This all went on until 01.00 at night, until the main manager came out to us and asked us to take the available rooms, promising with an oath that tomorrow after 12.00, when the rooms were free, we would be settled nearby. Alas, it was a scam. The next day, the manager at the reception, who was supposed to give us two rooms side by side by order of the general manager, said that there were no rooms, and the orders of the general manager meant nothing to him, because he decides everything at the reception. This impudent manager's name is Ahmed (he is tall and thin), when you check into the hotel, avoid communicating with him. Pride is a sin in any religion. . . he himself will answer for this sin. On this day, when we were told that there were no rooms, people were settled in the room opposite... As a result, on the third day in the evening, we solved the issue with numbers thanks to another manager, ironically the same Ahmed, but very pleasant to talk to ( not tall with glasses).

- the condition of the rooms is simply dead, damp, peeled doors, the furniture is broken, it seems that the legs of the furniture gnawed and sharpened their claws on it, there were cracks on the wall in one of the rooms, the lamps were just terrible, the bed was broken - stood at an angle - fell on the headboard floor, so I had to sleep on the contrary, with my feet to the headboard.
- filling the room - minimum - minibar - if the room is prepared - the minibar should have been filled (especially since soft drinks are included in the price) - but alas - they simply forgot to fill it. But there was tea, coffee, sugar. Also, in addition to soap, shower gel and shampoo in a 5-star category room, there must be at least 4 towels for 1 person. In fact, in a room for 2 people there were two bath towels and two foot towels - that is, one bath towel and one foot towel for each. Only one room surprisingly had a shoehorn and a sewing kit. About some other accessories that the category of 5 stars implies, I will not say anything. That is, the full-fledged filling of the rooms declared by the hotel is missing. The hotel also states that the mini bar is replenished once a week. Alas, even when we arrived, we did not see it filled. We had 1 bottle of mineral water in the fridge. Nobody replenished the minibar once a week for us))). But water - 2 bottles - was put during the cleaning of the room. If on one of the days we asked not to clean our house, no one brought us water. And they had to carry water regardless of cleaning the room.
- room cleaning - normal - regardless of the amount of tips left - they tried to leave every time. By the way, a wish - include washing the mirror in the cleaning of the room - otherwise, as I killed a mosquito at the beginning of the rest, I looked at the print of my hand on the mirror until the end of the rest. It was such that a couple of times in the children's room they forgot to leave a tip - but the quality of room cleaning is the same. Figures from towels were not always made. It probably depends on the mood of the cleaner, but for us the figures are not important, just nice)). Once they made beautiful swans (at least it looked like swans) with flower petals, which really pleased us aesthetically.

- cockroaches periodically appeared in the children's room, small ants lived both with us and with the children in the room. As we understood, they live in voids in the walls, as they climb out through sockets and the voltage of 220 is not scary for them. tenacious.
- bathroom - plumbing is in good condition, there is no curtain in the shower room - it is simply not provided, in one of the rooms the drain was broken in the shower room, there was no holder for the towel on the door (it was simply broken off), in the shower room in one of the rooms the holder was broken for drying clothes. In one of the rooms there was a damp, blackened mirror. The frames of all the mirrors in the rooms are dirty, it seems that they are never washed.
- Internet - at the reception they give a login and password for Wi-Fi. The signal strength varies throughout the hotel. In the children's room, Wi-Fi caught only on the balcony, we caught the signal in the room. Wi-Fi catches by the pool and on the beach, a good signal in the bar by the sea, in restaurants and at the reception. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the internet.
Service, service:
- the staff is friendly, some are sincere, some with a forced smile, out of politeness, some are very intrusive, especially the room service (in red work clothes), when you walk around the territory, and they immediately start meeting you - hello how are you, you're beautiful. . . personally I'm not pleased. . .
- restaurants, a bar on the beach - a very big minus - tables are served only before the opening of the restaurant - after - it's just awful - tables are cleaned very slowly, even if dirty dishes are taken away, they forget to come back, wipe the table and set it again for other visitors - you have to go for a mini, ask, and wait... and if you don’t want to wait, go get the appliances yourself or barite untouched appliances at other tables. They simply forget to clean the ashtrays - you approach the served table - and there is a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts, very often there is no salt or pepper. We still could not understand why napkins and toothpicks were not put on the tables. Napkins and toothpicks in the main restaurant had to take themselves at the entrance to the restaurant.

- very intrusively offer additional service - hammam, massage, diving, etc. When they come up, they begin to offer - you can listen once - but when you say that you are not interested in subsequent times, they still continue to obsessively offer and tell you everything. - The food is good and varied. There are no complaints here. A wish for tourists - when taking whole fruits - do not be too lazy to wash them again before giving them to children or eating them yourself, especially apples and peaches, as vacationers touch them with their hands before choosing. And everyone's hands are different. A couple of times I came across pieces of fish (sea bass) and chicken that were not fried to the end.
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks are orange, apple drinks, Pepsi, Mirinda, 7UP. Alcoholic drinks - some kind of gin (gin and tonic is not very good), beer is quite normal, red, white, rose wines, both dry and semi-dry. Beer on tap, and one bar was bottled. Wines both bottled and draft. The taste is different - for an amateur.
Territory and sea:
- we really liked it. Big, beautiful, lots of flowers and greenery. Pools are good, beach towels no issues. If desired, everyone can find a sun lounger for themselves - if not by the pool, then by the sea. The mentality of our tourist is to take a sun lounger and leave... for half a day. But the hotel in this case has nothing to do with it.
- we found three descents to the sea on the territory of the hotel - one with pantone and two among the stones - very convenient for those with small children, who cannot swim or just want to lie on the shore in the water)).
- a beautiful playground and a children's pool with slides for the little ones.

The animation is good. Children all the time ran to exercise, Latin dances, belly dancing, aqua fitness, yoga, the youngest tried to play water polo, she did not like it. After aerobics, fun "family games" - the children were delighted, there was always something new, for 30 minutes, and at the end they danced a flash mob. The animators know their stuff well. The children regretted that there were only 2 belly dances. Good water aerobics. I think that invigorating pleasant music and funny flash mobs at lunchtime perfectly cheered up all the vacationers. Also, animators recruit teams from vacationers to play volleyball, we did not play. Also, every evening we watched children's animation for the little ones near the main restaurant - it was fun, the kids were constantly running either on the stage or near it, all this happened next to the terrace and it is very convenient for parents to watch the children. Perhaps the only remark from the daughters was that the exercises were carried out in the open sun, and not in the shade, at about 10:30, the youngest could not stand it once, left halfway. This is probably the only comment that I can make about the animation, everything else is at the highest level!
I advise everyone who chooses this hotel to analyze everything well, because expecting a comfortable stay in a 5-star hotel room, you will feel rest in a weak four or a good three.
