We went to Sun Rise Diamond Beach from 07/17/2016 for 9 days. Overall impression - NORMAL.
we arrived in the morning tired and hungry, because. there was no food on the plane. Upon arrival, we were told that the hotel was half full, so you might think that half of the rooms are free - and you can immediately check in, BUT it was not there, the standard scheme, check-in after 14:00 and the phrase "wait, your room has not yet been prepared, No numbers yet. " We really wanted to wash ourselves after the plane, they put $ 10 in the passport and asked if the room was ready, and what do you think, yes, it is ready. They quickly took our suitcases, got into the car and took us to our room.
The impression of the room, spacious large beds, sofa, TV, bath, toilet, everything suits, one BUT the next day the bathroom carried sewage, sorry, but the smell was like in some kind of toilet, they turned on the hood and water everything went through, but the next day again the same picture. There is no Internet in the rooms, only at the reception, by the pools and on the beach. Cleaning was done daily.

The hotel was 50% Ukrainians, 50% Arabs, initially I was shocked and upset by this fact, but then I realized that they are absolutely adequate people with kids.
