We arrived at the hotel on November 26 in the evening, while we were being booked, we were offered dinner. There were no seats in the main restaurant - we encountered this for the first time - but we took a walk, came later and were numb. In a dirty, noisy, disgustingly smelling anthill with a queue at each feeder, where people climb from the side, from below, from the edge with their forks and spoons, and the children eat with their hands right at the cash register, it was hard to find something edible, given that our family generally not pretentious in food - it would be meat and fresh vegetables. But it's not fresh! And did not appear for seven days of rest (survival). The wine is diluted. Coffee - instant Nescafe. Tea - Lipton in bags. Teaspoons - exclusively disposable.
Fruits - oranges, (the only thing that was tasty and ate without fear) sliced bananas and filled with chocolate so that the quality does not catch the eye, passion fruit, melon - not eaten all day (or even more than one), dates - rarely ripe, fruity lettuce - yupi is watered, and yupi are the only "juices" that are included in the all-inclusive)

Eggs were saved at breakfast, they are difficult to spoil, but lunch and dinner are torture - a sortie for obtaining more or less edible food. Food causes disgust, fear of quality: stale, chopped at random, withered and frankly sour cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers interfere with fresh ones, therefore it is possible to choose, but it is difficult, a hungry crowd breathes into the back of the head and steps on its feet. Dirty dishes, which the dishwasher did not clean well, are not enough for everyone (! ) People grab the dishes from the hands of the peddler, who did not have time to bring them to the table. What has ended from food within fifteen minutes will no longer be brought.
Children's food is too salty, the child could not eat. If there are not enough dishes in the hall, the waiters take it from your table without particularly figuring out whether you are “finish” or not, but if it’s normal, they stupidly don’t notice; cleaners, while you are chewing, crawl at your feet, or they can hang behind the child’s back, watch his cartoon) During breakfast, they wash the glass behind your back, you don’t interfere with them)

We entered the first room. And they immediately asked for another one - the claimed triple room actually turned out to be a two-seater - a small sagging sofa is not intended to be a bed even for a child. My husband got acceptable living conditions, my son and I made circles in the hall, where in the evening there are no places (as in the lobby) - not a single free chair, armchair, sofa or ottoman - people sit on a stone parapet near the stairs, like sparrows.
After the surcharge, tired and hungry, we entered the family room, to the left of the main entrance with a double bed and a bunk bed for a child, so we stayed. To say that he was killed is not enough, there were fears that the number was emergency: water constantly ran in the yellow rusty toilet bowl, the hood rattled so that it woke up the child (like the air conditioner, though it also drove away the pigeons that prevented sleep in the morning); the plumbing is all dead, the tiles are cracked in old spots and stains, lamps, doors, all the furniture is ancient, the shower room is just a pantry with a sprinkler and a drain hole, it is unrealistic to enter barefoot. Washed linen, stained with holes. Cosmetics amused - yellow smelly shampoo and cobalt non-soaping gel in shabby packages - can you really wash something with this? !

For four days they called the reception, asked to open a safe that was closed during the settlement - they carried documents, money, a tablet, a laptop with them to the canteen and to the beach; four days they called the technician to fix the toilet, in the end, he did fix it - the drain stopped working altogether. After a rainstorm, the roof in the bathroom was leaking, and water was dripping from the light bulbs, there is a video. We sent a claim to the tour operator in our country, but they could not move us to another hotel, Anex offered to change the room (already the third), which was painted as "recently renovated". It differed from the previous ones in a serviceable toilet and the inability to fall asleep before the end of the disco. There is no renewal of the room fund declared by the hotel! There is a crisis in the country, and therefore total savings on vacationers.

The hotel grounds may have once been nice, but now they are deplorable - unkempt, everything is falling apart, flowing and collapsing.
Mosquitoes are not poisoned, this is a real problem - all our baby sprays simply do not take them, the child returned home bitten from head to toe. We saw cockroaches in the corridors. From the sight of the volleyball court after the downpour, we were already hysterical. The pool is cleaned in a peculiar way in the morning: they dip the brush in the water and simply push all the garbage from the sides back. At the playground, where under the swings there are earthen ditches (either the children drilled so as not to break their legs, or the hotel took care of them in this way) on the path near the bin used condoms (! ) we walked this way for breakfast with a curious seven-year-old, who was barely distracted from the discovery.
Towels on the beach can be changed only once a day, and the guide Said (impudent, he will listen to you only if you take an imposed excursion) advised not to leave them unattended anywhere, watch, protect, and go eat with them, otherwise they will steal, and the hotel is fabulous will fine without talking) In the morning on the beach flies - crows from lunch. The bartender, with an inverted badge, every day in a dirty T-shirt, pours out half-drunk (which is served in stale glasses) just at your feet and pretends that he does not understand claims in any language. Bottled water can only be obtained in the lobby, otherwise, the same bartender will pour you half a plastic cup. When the only toilet on the beach broke down in the morning and did not work until the end of the day, the staff shrugged their hands to questions - "when will they fix it? " - the staff shrugged and sent those who wished to the reception or to the sea.
Pros: perhaps animation - did not participate, there was no mood, warm sea, sun, reef and its inhabitants, but SUNRISE Diamond has nothing to do with this.

The administration of SUNRISE Diamond, do not bother to answer, you do not care about your guests and their reviews, the attitude towards them is clearly expressed: on the way, the children collected sour sausage and rotten greens in stale rolls - a ration suitable only for pigs.
