Отличный отель !!! Excellent hotel !!!

Good day !!!
We rested at Sunrise Diamond Resort 5 * in January-February 2017.
Just want to note a small incident with the settlement. We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. At the reception they said to wait 1.5 - 2 hours, despite the fact that we were with two children (the youngest was 6). We decided to wait, then realized that it was useless. Took towels went to the sea. We returned every hour, but we were told that the rooms were being cleaned. So until 15:00. This is when the hotel is 50-70% full. Allocated a room on the second floor of a two-story building. The bad impressions end there. The first thing that struck me was the view from the room: the endless turquoise sea, palm trees, a huge pool. They threw things, hastily changed clothes and again to the sea. But after an hour it got colder. We moved to a heated pool (30 °), next to which is a children's water park, also heated. Surprised by the number of bars and restaurants. 4 restaurants (in Indian everything is very spicy - the children did not like it). The bars didn't count, something around 7-8. Great staff - always smiling and asking - "How are you" : -). The whole territory was studied only for 3-4 days, a very huge, clean territory. Everywhere the perfect lawn and flowers, flowers, flowers. And in the evening, when the lights are on, it's even more beautiful. You can talk about all this for a long time. But I want to digress and talk about why I want to return to this hotel again: - this is the ANIMATION team: Julia, Yana, Katya, Okko, the permanent host of all evening programs Ibrahim and of course HANDY SEREGA. By the way SERGE - special thanks for the daily darts, I never thought that you can get so many positive emotions from this game. My wife was fond of "latina" - Khima was driving here (oh my God, I'm not like that : -)). Every evening spent in the amphitheater charged with positive and excellent mood. We are looking forward to our next vacation! I advise everyone)))
