I want to note the good animation right away, especially the host Hima - a very cheerful and groovy animator, we went to clubs with him and Katya - the animators always looked after us, our things, were responsible for us! What bad reviews are written about him below is an absolute lie, Hima is a true friend for all guests, he knows how to keep the conversation going, to cheer.
All the animators are very friendly and cool, if not for them - probably the rest would not have been so fun and eventful! We will never forget them!
Finally came with a friend (I'm 22, she's 24). Yesterday we returned and decided to write a review, I am writing for the first time, although I have been to Egypt and Turkey on this kind of vacation more than once.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. After that, they approached the reception and they gave us the password for Wi-Fi, which was caught throughout the hotel, even in our room.
In some places it’s better, in some it’s worse, but we could talk to our relatives via Viber, chat without problems, and post pictures.
We settled at about 12 o'clock (until that moment we walked around the territory, got acquainted with others and understood how we like everything).
We were shown to our room and then brought our luggage. The room is good, the furniture is also good, shower, hot water, etc. , 2 bottles of water in the room, TV, balcony, room overlooking the pool and the sea, which we really liked. We were delighted.
The territory is huge, only on the third day we realized that we still have a lot of things there.
There are several pools, a water park for children, a family pool (there is the warmest water, and therefore a lot of people), so we either lay at the relax pool, where there is no noise, children under 16 are not allowed to be there (there is also a bar and very a pleasant man who will bring drinks, an ashtray, a bouquet of flowers, unobtrusive and not annoying, like many, but this is forgivable to them, such is their mentality). Or they lay by the largest pool, which was also the coldest, it was impossible to go into it, but some people swam. There was also a bar, from 10 in the morning the animation conducts various active classes: yoga, stretching, exercises, volleyball, table tennis, dance lessons (bachata, latina, oriental), darts, games and competitions. Then a short break and in 3 days again in a circle.
The animators are very cool: Egyptians (Moka - manager, Hima, Rio, Mamadou, Okka), Russians (Seryozha and Ksyusha), Ukrainians (Katya, Yulia and Yana).
They are a very good and fun team that will make you dance and have fun even when you don't want to. We became very friendly with them. Every evening they hold a show program, spend time with you in the lobby bar, approach everyone, chat, joke, and leave no one unattended. And after the show of the program, you can go with them to some club. We went 2 times in a week, the first time we went consciously, and the second time we succumbed to their persuasion (don’t think, they are not intrusive, just funny), so we decided that we would go again, although we were very tired. Never regretted! Usually entry, one cocktail, round trip $15 per person. Not so much money, but what an experience. Worth a visit at least once!
I really liked the Hard Rock Cafe in Nabq (there are two of them: in Naama Bay - they say small, and in Nabq - large, spacious, you can smoke inside, they pour imported alcohol, which cannot be said about Pacha in Naama Bay - it’s very cool there, but I I would say a lower level and they pour local alcohol, like in a hotel). And there, and there was R'n'B music, we really liked it! ! !
Animators go with you to clubs, look after you like children, if you leave your things on the table and go to dance, they don’t let your bags out of sight for a second, they take great care and try in every possible way to make your vacation cool. They are in charge of you while you are out of the hotel with them, so they will look after you and generally become your best friends.
In terms of food, of course, sometimes we didn’t really like it, but it’s like that everywhere, almost the same food every day, some seasonings are added, we don’t really like that.
At the end of the day, we started going to the beach for lunch, where they serve French fries, pizza and hot dogs. There is also a bar, the waiter will bring you drinks. The staff is very friendly and awesome. I was surprised. I was in Sharm 2.5 years ago in another hotel. It seemed to me that since we are from Ukraine, they will not love us, as it usually happens. Often they love Europeans who do not skimp on tips. In our hotel there were mostly Ukrainians, a few Russians, Belarusians, and a lot of Arabs. I'm certainly not a racist, but these women are fully dressed in such heat - my friend and I do not understand this. In general, we were very pleased with the staff, everyone tried to help in any way they could.
By the way, about the weather - it was about +22-24 during the day, +16 in the evening, there was a significant difference. And in the end it got really warm. We didn’t go to sea from Pantone, I don’t know why. But they plunged from the shore, the sea is warm.
There is wind, the first couple of days the wind was only in the morning, then there was no wind at all and we were very hot. In the last two days it was +27
We didn’t like the guides of the anex tour at all, the next day upon arrival we had to get together for a meeting. We came, we were told that the meeting would last about an hour. We decided to leave quickly because we didn't want to waste precious time when we could lay in the sun. Then a note was stuck in the door for us that we must definitely come to the guide. They came, gave a voucher, they looked at us like a wolf, like how is it so why didn’t we stay for a meeting, and so on. In general, they did not like that we did not want to listen to their vparivanie excursions. My girlfriend and I wanted a purely lazy holiday by the sea / pool, youth entertainment, clubs, etc. Excursions were of little interest to us.
People usually walk around the territory and invite you to a yacht, to a photo session, manicure, pedicure, massage, hammam, etc.
A little annoying over the course of days, but in principle it can be tolerated.
On the territory there are shops, you can buy sun protection products and souvenirs. You can smoke hookah.
We went once to an a la carte restaurant, we had VIP status there (we became friends with the waiter), so we laid out a heart of petals and candles next to the table, and there were also petals on the table) - very romantic.
We went out into the city, there is everything nearby, cafes, shops, etc.
On the 5th day I got poisoned by local alcohol (I need to drink less), but as I usually do, I take medicines with me, I drank, and everything went away overnight. And this did not affect the overall impression of the rest, the hotel.
There is a paradise for children, there are many families with children, although we were without them, we can safely say that entertainment for them is also at the highest level. There is always a place to hide from these children, thanks to the relax pool.

Maybe it will seem stupid to someone, but we really became very attached to the weather, we didn’t want to return to Kyiv at minus 14, we became attached to people, to the atmosphere, in general, to everything. They brought a sea of memories, photos, funny videos, acquaintances. I would love to come back here and meet all the same people in the team.
They didn't even cut off our bracelets when we handed in our number and cards for towels. Information about when the bus should pick up is from the guides.
I also really liked that in the lobby there was a large plasma TV with a touchscreen, there was all the information about the hotel, the schedule, when and what the animators are doing, and so on. A very handy thing.
