Chose this hotel value for money. We found out about the hotel by chance... the travel agent suggested others, but we still, at our own peril and risk, reading the reviews and photos, decided on this one and did not regret it! I would like to note the good management in the work of all employees! I have never seen waiters or cleaners standing. . . they are like bees, very attentive and hardworking. . . always smiling. I will note two Mukhamedov and Tamera, super waiters.
The workers on the slides are very attentive to both children and adults, always friendly.
As for animation, I generally have a separate review... the guys are just super, funny, attentive, responsive, sociable! It was a pleasure to look at them and communicate with them! I was pleasantly surprised that I liked all their shows, since I myself am the organizer of the holidays, I am very skeptical about this. But I was surprised! I would like to note the DJ, drew attention to the fact that he reacts very quickly to the selection of music and a very good playlist!

In principle, we were satisfied... except for some nuances... I would like to repair the rooms, and the opportunity to take fruit to the room, since they could not always eat them right away, and even more so the children.
I also didn’t like that the hotel guides of the anekstur told lies about excursions, and when something was assigned for free, they were not at all interested in working with you.
