Visited with a friend and son in March 2017.
The check-in to the rooms was fast (at 9 we arrived, at 11 we were already settled in the room). The rooms are clean, tidy, they have everything you need (bottled water, air conditioning). Our room also had a small balcony.
The territory is clean and well-groomed, a lot of flowers.
The food is varied, you can always choose what to eat. Even my child, who suffers from allergies, ate varied and without problems. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish - everything was there. Special thanks for the desserts - they were wonderful and it took a lot of work to resist and not eat very, very much.
Entering the sea through a pontoon - here it would not hurt to replace some of the plates (they were cracked), but in general this is not critical.
There are several pools. Relax, children's, water park and "central". Everything is clean, there are bars nearby, where friendly guys work.

The animation team deserves special attention. This is something incredible) Hima, Katya, Yana, Sif, Rio, Mocha, Vika, Anya - incomparable lighters and batteries that turned a vacation into a wonderful holiday))) Three times a day plus an evening = it was a time of positive and pleasant activities . There is also a separate animator Yvette for children - so they will not be bored either.
For me personally, the small minuses of this hotel were: slightly "tired" plumbing (but working, just the appearance let us down) and a meeting with a hotel guide who talked about excursions for 1.5 hours.
