On vacation there were four of us - father, mother, two children. We arrived at the hotel late - around 21:00. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome from the hotel staff. Almost immediately they put bracelets on their hands and sent them to dinner - the restaurant is open until 22:00. After dinner, it remained to get a room and run to sleep - the child was already hanging in his arms. There was the first negative point - the guy at the reception stood and bargained with his family for a surcharge for the best room. We stood side by side, to which he unkindly said "Sit down, I'll call you! ". After 5 minutes of trading, I had to catch his colleague and remind him that it was so ugly - and voila - the colleague immediately issued cards and we went to our room. Everything worked in the room, although the general condition is 4 - but the number is not the main thing. The second unpleasant moment - there were three pillows in the room for four - I had to return to the reception and ask. "Oh mister - our fastest colleague is already carrying it to you - go catch up with him. " That evening, the pillow did not appear, I had to sleep on a blanket twisted into a roll - fortunately it was not cold in the room). In the morning, reminding them of the pillow, we thought - well, they will definitely bring it! But no. The twisted blanket lay under her husband's head until the end of the rest. But everything else in the hotel is just fine. The room, instead of a view of the garden, turned out to be with a view of the sea - which we found out in the morning. Food for Egypt - excellent, there was something to choose for yourself and the children. Room cleaning daily. The sea, as elsewhere in Sharm, with an unsuitable entry for children, but the problem is solved by taking a taxi to a very cool sandy beach near the Old Market - it’s the best for children. The animation team was very pleased - the guys love their work and do it perfectly! Animators - this is a plus one star hotel!
