Rested with my family and a child of 1 year and 10 months. This is the 4th time in Egypt, there is something to compare with. We chose the hotel for the reviews. A hotel with a large beautiful area. The animation is good, the guys are funny, kind. In connection with the crisis in hotels in Egypt, food and service have become worse. Savings on everything and this hotel is no exception. We were not hungry, there was enough food. But there were few fruits, there was no variety. Very bad children's table. There was nothing to feed the child. Refused to eat their food, especially soups.
Communicated with regular vacationers of this hotel. They say that it has become much worse, they were 5 times in this hotel, but they will not go there again.
The hotel has 4 pools, but people relax on the Active pool, where animation entertains and the bar works. Bars near other pools are closed.
The rooms are old but cleaned well. All hotel staff are friendly except for the front desk.
We contacted the reception twice: the door to the balcony did not lock and there were problems with the refrigerator. So no one came.
