I stayed at this hotel with my family (wife and daughter). They offered to go to another hotel, but after studying all the reviews about the proposed vacation spot, I changed my mind in favor of Royal Diamond Beach. And I was not mistaken:
1. The place is really wonderful, although this is not for everyone - this hotel has a lot of palm trees, waterfalls, steep climbs from the sea to the restaurant, and in a neighboring hotel (the owner is the same) - landscaping is more diverse, i. e. there are pluses and minuses.
2. Approximately 75% of Italians, everything is designed for this, including animation, but it is completely upright, aged, i. e. not "noisy" contingent. There were few Germans, Chinese, and the rest from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. But what is most pleasing is that there were no "Russo-drunken-tourist" among them. This is one of the highlights for which I will recommend this hotel to friends.

3. The service is very polite, trying to understand Russian, some already know Russian quite well. But it is desirable to know the minimum vocabulary in English yourself. It was easier for us - the daughter quickly found a common language with both the Italians and the staff. They were placed in a room with access to the lower pool and the sea, they paid extra for it immediately when buying a ticket. We are very pleased with the cleaning of the room, they left one dollar every day, and the staff always pleased us with figures made of towels decorated with flower petals.
4. The food is very varied, but again, it is designed for Italians (a lot of sauces, spices). Therefore, they acted according to the principle "do not eat for free, since everything is paid! " There were no problems, they ate what suits our stomachs, and they only tried the novelties offered daily, and praised the chefs. We drank wine and beer, there were no problems with alcohol until 24:00, but we didn’t get carried away, because. came to rest, and not again on the principle of "drink everything in order - paid for. " I didn’t see drunks at all, but it was funny to look at compatriots laying plates “on top”, taking eight pieces of cake, but there were only a few of them, and only their first days, then they also understood how to behave correctly in a decent society. The dress code in the restaurant was also disciplined - the men were in shirts and trousers, and the women showed their charms (or ugliness) only on the beach - and that's great!
TOTAL - the rest is calm! Who wants to go get drunk, yell ("We are happy that we are so cool") and show the Italians what fools the Slavs can be - this hotel is not for you! Who wants to spend a relaxing holiday, go on foot to the Old Town, to "1000 and one night" - choose this hotel.
