Hello, we just returned from this hotel. Traveled with friends and 4 year olds. When choosing a hotel, we were guided by the criteria: entertainment and leisure for the child, close to the sea and all inclusive. We read a lot of negative reviews after we booked the tour. BUT I will say frankly that I do not confirm any negative reviews about the hotel.
I can only speak exceptionally badly about the tour operator anex tour . . the organization of departure and back and forth for an estimate of 2 on a 5-point scale.
And so, we were brought to the hotel around 23 pm. We were already waiting for a late dinner. Then the porter Ragab took us to room 1127 - we were very disappointed, asked to find better options for our two families, after which we were taken to rooms 1184 and 1181. These rooms were many times better in repair. There we stayed to live.
The rooms have a TV, an electric kettle, air conditioning, a mini fridge (replenished every day with water, and immediately upon arrival there were cans of Pepsi, Mirinda and Sevenapa in it), a safe, a large bed for adults and a single bed for a child. Buffet food - there was a very varied menu, the only thing was 2 types of soups, which are not very similar to our usual soups) in general, we did not like the soups. Very tasty fish and grilled chicken meat. Sweets are plentiful, there are many fruits, especially delicious watermelons and melons now. Samer constantly served our table (Kind, attentive, pleasant in communication, not intrusive, special thanks for the approach to the children - they loved him)
The rooms are cleaned well, every time swans were waiting for us on the beds, regardless of whether we left a tip ($1) or not. Linen and towels were changed daily, soap supplies were also replenished every day. there was also tea and coffee.
At the bars near the sea (where there is ice cream) they make very cool cocktails, they do exercises, aqua aerobics, water polo every day near the main pool... everything is very interesting and fun.
The water park for children was super, they just did not get out of there. We, adults, also descended from large slides.
In the children's room and animation, I especially want to note Dasha - she did a great job with children and made beautiful face painting)
Approach to the sea: for me, who can not swim ???? , and knee-deep water from the shore was enough. My husband swam from a pontoon (about 100m), he liked it.
