It was the first time in Egypt. We arrived in the morning at 9 o'clock. The bracelets were put on right away. Sent for breakfast. Check-in waited until 12 o'clock. Upon check in, they offered a room with a sea view instead of a room with a garden view. Agreed, of course. View from the room to the main pool and the sea. The location is good (near the pools and the restaurant). The room itself is old, there is a balcony where you can smoke, a TV, air conditioning and two beds (I was with a girl, but they gave me two separate beds anyway, then they asked me to move them). I want to say a few words about the room. The curtains are dirty, with some incomprehensible large spots, the beds creak, the doors on the cabinets and the doors to the balcony creak just as much.
The room was cleaned every day. But don't call it cleaning. At first they left a tip - the cleaner twisted all sorts of animals from towels, cool. Stopped leaving - stopped twisting))). On the last day, it became necessary to look under the bed ("lost" the power bank to the phone, although before that it had been lying all the time in one place)))). Under the bed of dust 2 cm high, pieces of paper from some kind of cookies and pieces of dough. Under the bed that was moved - more or less clean. In general, the cleaner twisted the towels, made the beds and folded things (including underwear - not very nice), but the room was not wet cleaned AT ALL. On the third day, the TV broke. The problem was in the adapter from the plug to the socket. The master walked for three days. When he arrived, he inserted the plug into the socket so that it hung in the air, you could see the plug itself....but the TV worked. They told the service - until the moment the number was handed over, no one did anything. Correctly. WHAT FOR? After all, you need to buy a new adapter. And no one thought that it was dangerous and could cause an electric shock or just be a short circuit. THE ENGINEERING TEAM IS A BIG MINUS!!!!
Everything else is not bad - food will go, the pools are well divided (there are for relaxation, there are for games, there are water slides). As for the excursions, I will say one thing - do not believe the guides of Anex, they say very beautifully, and the all-inclusive excursions are so-so.
