They brought us to the hotel around seven o'clock in the evening, our hotel was the fourth in a row from the airport. A group of 18 people arrived, they took documents for registration at the reception, put on bracelets and sent us to dinner. After dinner, they gave the keys (2 for two), cards for towels, passwords for Wi-Fi (each has a personal one) and sent them to the numbers.
Our building was located to the right of the main building, one minute walk. The room is old (from buildings that have not yet been renovated), the furniture and repairs are tired, but everything is not critical. Balcony with two chairs and a glass table overlooking the pool with slides and sea views. We were alone with a friend, the room is large in area and with three beds, the beds are chic - large and comfortable. The room has a flat-screen TV, a small fridge, safe, hair dryer, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, enough hangers for all clothes. There were no slippers right away, but then they asked for them and brought them to us. The air conditioner is a bit noisy but does its job well. What is inconvenient - there are no sockets near the beds, in order to charge the phone, you had to pull out either a kettle or a floor lamp on the opposite wall. Soaps, shampoos, hair conditioner, shower gel - except for soap, everything was in tubes and everything was enough with a margin, if used, they were immediately delivered. The bed was perfectly clean, changed every day, towels were changed on demand, the figures were laid out every day. The cleaning service is quite decent. We left one dollar a day, gave a chocolate bar a couple of times and the guy was very happy, he said that it was for the baby. In general, all the hotel staff is male, except for guest relations and animation.

Vacationers are mostly from Italy, the rest are Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, Slovaks, Czechs, Egyptians. We did not see any difference in attitude towards guests, everyone was even friendly.
The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and it is interesting to wander there, everything is clean enough, in the evening we walked to the nearby Royal Grand, we liked it better. Wi-fi does not take everywhere, but it was enough, they did not buy an additional card. Several pools, 5-7 - we were not very interested in them, but people there also actively hung out. One pool with slides, when it was open, people with children had fun there. Upstairs, a large bucket is suspended above the slides, into which water is drawn, and when it is more than half, it turns over and splashes everyone - at this time there is laughter and squeals. There is a relax pool where children are not allowed.
We ate at the main restaurant. The food is plentiful and varied. A lot of different meats and fish - fried, boiled, stewed in sauces, grilled, fresh vegetables are cut, either pizza or other products are baked in front of you (I don’t even know what they are called, but everything is delicious). Cooks and distributors who work with products are in snow-white clothes and always wear gloves. When they cut meat or fish in portions, they absolutely calmly put as much on a plate as you ask, and all with a smile and without discontent. In general, everyone smiles. From the negative - there are a lot of people, there are not enough places for everyone and the staff can not cope with cleaning the tables, sometimes you had to stand in line in the hall waiting for a place to be vacated. Once we were by appointment in an oriental restaurant, it was also delicious, the Indian restaurant was not advised to us.
Throughout the hotel near the pools there are several bars, mostly with drinks, and in the beach bar after twelve o'clock you can eat pizza, burgers, fruits, ice cream, donuts, in general, you will not stay hungry. In any bar they give out bottled water of 0.6 liters. Drinks are poured if you drink near the bar - in glass or hard plastic glasses, if you take with you - in disposable ones.

Although we have almost the most distant building, it is not tiring to go to the beach. Beach towels are changed near the large pool for cards, the main thing is not to lose it, for the loss of 10 dollars. There were five beaches, four more and one for hermits - there are literally 4-5 sunbeds and no pontoon. There were always enough places on the beach, umbrellas in sufficient quantities. There are showers and toilets near the beach. The public toilets are not very clean. The pontoon is not long, maybe 50 meters. The sea and the fish live up to expectations, everyone swam in masks. On the pontoons and near the pools (near the main one and with slides for sure, maybe others have them) there are always lifeguards who watch everything.
The animation is just super - the people are entertained all day long (yoga, darts, aqua aerobics, dancing by the pool, etc. ), and in the evening there is a children's disco and after it some shows - invited or on their own, in general, it was not boring. There is a kids club. Their team is wonderful - they are all humorous and kind.
We are in mango season. We ate one at a time (it cost $ 2 per kilogram), took it home for gifts and realized that the fruit is so specific that we won’t eat it anymore.
Anex tour guides are a separate story - if you don’t take excursions, they are not interested in you, they become rude and rude. And you must take trips on the first day, they understand that later other vacationers will share their impressions and there will be no chance to get drunk. They are especially pushing for a trip to Israel - it costs $135, and the fact that Israel does not let the majority of those who have traveled into the country after an interview is not warned about. They return only 100 dollars, the rest is left for gasoline, since you have already been taken to the border and back.
Issues that arose were resolved with gestation, a pleasant woman, she helps, and we saw that the reaction is instant, then she always calls back and asks if everything is in order, everything suits you. So it is clear that the hotel is not indifferent to its guests.
In general, who was driving for what - we did not look for flaws and got a great rest.
Taking into account all this, the overall impression of the hotel is more than pleasant, I would come back here and definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
