For the first time we went to Egypt, the hotel was advised by the tour operator. The main criterion for choosing a hotel was comfort for children. And now some impressions:
1. We arrived in the evening, met with smiles on their faces, glasses of juice, wet hand towels. After the greeting, we went to dinner. After dinner at the reception received the key to the room.
2. We had a single room, two single beds and a bunk bed for children. Room overlooking the water park and the sea! Yes, the room is old but very clean. Hygiene products were replenished every day, drinking water as well. There were issues with the safe and the key to the door was discharged all the time. But everything was quickly and calmly resolved. Wifi works great. catches throughout the hotel without problems.

3. The territory of the hotel is very compact. They calmly let the children go for a walk, supervision is everywhere. There is a separate pool 16+, older people relax there, there is a family pool, 2 pools for kids, and the main one - where animations are held all day long!
4. Food! Everything is very tasty! Not greasy, not spicy, not salty. If you need to add spices, there is a separate table with a variety of spices. Every day the food is varied, a lot of dishes on the grill, delicious pastries, sweets. I really liked the attention of the staff: they will help to convey, they immediately clean the table so that you feel comfortable. Of the Ala carte restaurants, we chose the eastern one. Insanely delicious, choose boldly, you will not regret it. We didn't have any problems with food.
5. Every morning we got up at 5:45 and hurried to the sea to meet the dawn. The sun is just amazing! The road to the sea took a little more than 2 minutes. Everything is very compact in the hotel. The sea in the morning is at least a little fresher than the clock at 9, but just the tide. Water up to the chest, walked without special shoes. In the morning, a lot of different fish swam near the shore, the children were delighted! From the pontoon, the depth is immediately 8 meters. With my fear of depth, I plunged holding on to the steps and immediately abandoned this idea. But I can say that it is very beautiful and there are more fish). Beaches 4! Two with access to the sea. 2 where you can just lie down and sunbathe).
6. Every evening there was an adult animation, light shows, playing the guitar, songs, dancing. Children's animators are great smarties, special thanks to them! In the morning after breakfast, the children's animator took the children and walked with them for 2 hours: either the water park, or the beach, or they would paint the children's faces, after which they would definitely take them for a snack. In the evening at 20:00, the children's animator also took the children and worked on them in a separate room so that adults could relax).

7. Guide from Anex tour) There were two of them, Mohammed and Abdul. They had more to do with Mohammed. Well, what can I say, it is clear how unpleasant our people are to a person, and this was a little depressing. We took a tour from our guide 5in1. It was a yacht ride, with two swimming stops, a dive in the Ras Mohammed reserve, lunch, a bathyscaphe and a banana ride. Banana riding is just one name, they put you in a circle and back, no one dumps anyone into the water. All in all, the tour is great. They took us on a sightseeing (free) tour. DO NOT EAT! It took 3 hours, of which only 15 minutes. look at the mosque, the rest of the time it's shopping, unreasonably expensive. The IL Mercato Square is next to the hotel. You can take a walk there in the evening, near it is the entertainment complex "1001 Nights", a market. In the market you can buy oils, perfumes, souvenirs.
Rest were very satisfied. The hotel exceeded all our expectations!
