I could write all day about the hotel and the people working there. But I'll cut it down anyway. 4th time in Sharm. But this is the first hotel where they did not make you wait with the settlement. We were at the hotel around 9 am. We were met at the entrance with wet towels, taken to the bar to fill out questionnaires, where they offered cocktails. First settled in a building near the heated pool. The rooms are a little tired, the furniture is old. But we came to rejoice and were not going to pay attention to it. On the 3rd day, the administrator Olya met the daughter-in-law and asked if everything was fine. She replied that everything was fine, but loud music disturbed the children a little in the evening. On the same day, we were offered 3 rooms for the whole family (7 people) in the restored upper building. There was a better shower, double-glazed windows and completely silent. Thanks, Olenka. They looked after us for 2 weeks, tried to please in everything. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and professional. Special "thank you" to Mohammed, who cleaned the rooms near the warm pool. Everything was cleaned on time, the bar and cosmetics in the bathroom were replenished every day. . Constantly approached and asked if everything suits us and if we need anything else. Reception girls Olya, Natasha, Sasha thank you so much for your attention and timely help. Rahma, every day you met us with your smile and good wishes at the entrance to the restaurant. Thank you for making our vacation perfect. Well, thank you, thank you, thank you to all the boys, waiters and bartenders, for their attention. Mohammed, Ahmet, Mahmud and all the others (sorry that I didn’t remember all the names) hello to everyone and thank you for our comfortable stay. Of the entire staff, there was one unsmiling bartender near the warm pool. In general, everyone is great, just one big family. The territory of the hotel is not big, but very well-groomed and beautiful. The beach is clean. I came to the beach every morning until 7am. I was able to dive. And by 8 the guys working on the beach came. And it began: they all rubbed something, swept, arranged, wiped. Like ants, they constantly worked. Thank them for the comfort on the beach. But even if this were not the case, the sea and coral would be enough! How beautiful is the dawn on the beach and descent with a mask into the water with the just rising sun! There are beautiful corals and unusual fish. And the location of the hotel is perfect: 5 minutes walk to El Mercato shopping center, crocodile, fruit markets, souvenirs. Walking distance to the Old Town min. 25-30, to Naama Bay - 7 km. At the entrance to the hotel (not on the territory) there are a lot of taxi drivers. You can bargain well with them. Yes, thanks again to the guides for their help with the appeal. In general, 13 days of rest flew by like one day. The daughter-in-law and her son did not want to leave.
