We stayed at the hotel in January 2019. The rest was independent, so the room was booked through the official website. So, in order)
ACCOMMODATION. We arrived at night, at the reception a welcome cocktail, quick clearance. We immediately received wi-fi passwords for all gadgets and went to check in. We were escorted to the room, everything was shown, dinner was brought. Fruit and a bottle of wine were waiting for us in the room (which is very nice))). Upon arrival, the minibar is filled once free of charge (three cans of Pepsi, Sprite, 7up). The reception called the room, asked if everything was in order, if there were any problems and if anything else was needed. During the rest, they called again, asked if they needed anything, and before leaving, they called and offered a taxi.
We had a family room: in one room there is a double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table, in the other - a sofa, armchairs, a bunk bed, a TV. Well, and so on the little things) The wardrobe is just huge! Of course, the safe. Spacious balcony with access from both rooms overlooking the pool.
By the way, about the look. There was construction going on in front of our room, BUT it just wasn't noticeable. It didn't feel at all. She was separated from the guests by some kind of screen, the workers could be seen, but not heard.

There are two main restaurants: international and Italian. By the way, the Italian restaurant almost always had strawberries, unlike the international one. Plus there is an outdoor terrace where smoking is allowed. The choice of dishes is more in the international restaurant. You can take food out of the restaurant. Moreover, they give disposable trays if you ask. There are two a la carte restaurants: Arabic and Indian. Registration is made independently through a computer at the reception. There was a bar on the beach where they baked delicious pizza, made hamburgers and hot dogs, french fries, nuggets + there were fruits and vegetables. We haven't been to lunch for the last couple of days. Enough food on the beach. If someone has not eaten during the day, there are always light snacks in the bar at the reception at night.

From the slides, frankly, it’s a little cold to ride, but we took a chance several times)) We got pleasure). The hotel also has a spa, gym, billiards, a photographer who will offer you a photo session for a fee. By the way, the photos are amazing.
BEACH. The beach is large, you could find a place even if you come to dinner. Not on the first line, of course, but there is nothing to sleep until dinner) Entrance to the sea from the pontoon. You can also splash around the shore, but this is for small children, because they are not allowed to swim from the shore. Very beautiful reef, different corals and fish. There is something to see. The only downside is the pontoon. It should be updated... But with all the advantages of the hotel, this disadvantage can be overcome) On the beach, there is a standard diving center (by the way, with normal prices), they offer water activities. If you don't want to be disturbed, you can take a red flag. A family with a small child was resting next to us, they saw that they were given a small inflatable pool with water for the child. A trifle, but nice) A little further there is a sports area: a volleyball net and a bocci field.
STAFF. All the staff speaks Russian, now also Ukrainian)) During our stay, I did not meet a single dissatisfied employee, everyone was friendly and kind. During the day, a patrol car of the tourist police is on duty near the reception, in the evening an armed policeman. This is in addition to the standard security at the entrance.
ANIMATION. I'm not a fan of animation at all, but then I became friends with the whole team) Well done guys. In the morning, exercises, yoga, darts, boccia, volleyball... On the last day, the girls drew such a “live” black eye for my son that I got tired of explaining at every customs office that this is a make-up and I don’t beat a child))) At Domodedovo, I even had to erase it a little) Special thanks to Mr Marvin, Mr Polo and Mr Etsh! The hotel has a mini club, there were mini discos every evening, but I can’t say anything about this. I have older children, so they did not go there.
